Yesterday me and my friend went to Gold looking for a Cuban Link chain with a budget for a gift and the 2 ladies there were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had as it was my first time purchasing anything like a Cuban link. I walked in with 1 item in mind and ended up walking out with the chain (which I love) and 2 rings! This will be my spot from now on and I will recommend everyone to this location!

I purchased a beautiful double plated gold charm after weeks of shopping around. I am so glad I was patient and found Gold Super Store! It’s an hour away from where I live and well worth the drive. Very clean and easy to shop because it was well organized and easy to look at different items. The woman who helped me was super friendly, patient and not pushy to sell. She helped me find the perfect charm for my chain. This was the first time I went to a jewelry store and didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Great price for what I got and I will be coming back for sure! Thank you guys!🙏🙏

Very nice customer service . I sold a ring and in my opinion they gave me a fair price . I went to the Gold and Diamond Source prior and this store offered a bit more . I only wish they sold men's watches but unfortunately they don't but they have beautiful rings , necklaces and bracelets.

Great place to do all your gold shopping. Upon entry they have a clean sanitized environment, myself, my wife and mother did some shopping there. Was assisted by" sady ", who provided an excellent customer service and a great value on the merchandise we purchased. I highly recommend this place.

While looking for a used necklace for my wife on Valentine's Day without much luck I decided to stop by the Gold Superstore and couldn't be happier with the necklace and charm I got for my wife it was cheaper then the used ones I'd seen and the staff were super helpful and me worked with me on the price and definitely would advise anyone looking to buy gold to stop by here before you buy and I'm sure you will be glad you did. Responded to an ad I found on OfferUp in regards to a necklace. After receiving confirmation that the item was available, I went to the store with cash the following day (which is today). The ad stated that they closed at 5:45 pm so i figured I had more than enough time. I arrived a little after 4:30 after an hour drive. Upon arrival, I was told that they were closed and I would have to return on Monday. My review is based solely on the customer service. Being that I had to drive that far and arrived with cash in-hand, it was a huge disappointment one I got there. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store. Ad CLEARLY SAYS 10- 5:45… Doesn’t specify a weekly schedule. Yes, I pulled up and saw 4:45 on the door, but I went by what you advertised. Also, Google has the closing time recorded for 5 pm… there’s just all types of misinformation.. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!
