I have gone to this jewelry store for a long time but recently took some old jewelry in from my grandmother to have a custom piece made. They were phenomenal. I love the ring and can’t wait to get a bracelet made in the future. I’ve also had my engagement ring adjusted by them (it was not bought locally) and they are so speedy and professional. Cannot recommend enough!

I highly recommend. They made my wife’s wedding band set look brand new again and did not over charge. Also they have affordable GIA appraisals and was able to handle everything under one roof.

I took a string of pearls to be restrung. The price was quite reasonable and they texted me only 2 business days later that they were ready. The work was perfect and it was a pleasure dealing with the personnel in the store.

I took a few bracelets for repair and resizing, and they did a great job with them! I also purchased a bracelet that I am very pleased with and required resizing which they also were able to take care of. Highly recommend for your jewelry needs.

Great experience in this shop always, from watch repair to new jewelry, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Even to a novice with both watches and jewelry like me. Deron and the staff make your time in the shop feel like you’re the only person in there. When I lived and worked downtown I walked past this business a million times before I finally stopped in. Just moved to Tampa from Chicago and needed to find a new jeweler. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a repair done on a medal, it was finished same day and the work was flawless! I loved their selection so much that I ended up leaving with a couple gold bracelets in addition. Wonderful quality and weight at a great price. I can’t wait to go back, I feel like I’m going to be a regular customer!

I walked in a few years ago and purchased a nice piece from Hayman, and with that nice experience, I kept them in mind for later purchases. After ten years of marriage, I owed my wife a nice engagement ring. This token was something I was unable to offer due to my financial situation when we first got engaged. I wanted it to be surprise for our anniversary, so I had to work covertly. :) I talked with Alison by phone and then sent her a picture of something my wife liked by text message. She sent me several options, including those for wedding bands. We worked out a reasonable price (again, all by text message), and with a quick call, I put down a deposit. Due to the supplier backlog, it took almost a week longer to arrive than Alison mentioned, but she gave me updates along the way. With our anniversary coming within two days, I wrote to her again. Her father and her were able to track down the shipment from the supplier, pick it up from the courier, take it downtown, and set the stone...ALL WHILE THE STORE WAS CLOSED THAT DAY! They went the extra mile, or in this case, miles, because they knew how important the ring was for the occasion. Hayman is the place I will go from now on for all major jewelry purchase. They know their product and industry, and are able to have a detailed conversation about balancing quality, color, size, cut, price, and other factors, all without making me feel like they were talking down to me.

This three generations own jewelry shop has wonderful service. I came to replace batteries for two watches. It only took them less than 5 minutes! I checked the reviews before I came and indeed their service is wonderful!

Great family-owned business. I went in at lunchtime for them to resize, polish, clean, and rhodium-plate a couple of rings. They took care of me and completed the work that afternoon, and they did a great job. While discussing what I wanted done, I never felt like they were trying to up-sell, which many jewelers tend to do. I have family ties to a jewelry sale/repair business just like this one up north, so I know what I am talking about. Disclaimer: I’m only speaking about their repair work and service, and the overall experience. I didn’t purchase any of their products so I can’t speak to their prices, etc.

Was told they repaired siekos watches on phone . On arrival watch man came out said he does not repair automatic watches . Said he would send it out . With out even opening it . One wstch was losing time the other the day wasn't running . GVe me ridiculous price to send out . Took both watches to watch doctor . 5 mins later the one losing times was fixed , he explained the proper way to charge them . The other watch he found the day clip was not secured properly and fixed it . He actually opened it to look . Which is what you expect from a professional . Just read reply , nothing I wrote was inaccurate , up date both wTches still running perfectly after taking the to a professional

I was in town for a conference, and found myself in dire need of a replacement band for my Hamilton automatic watch. I have 4 Seiko Flight Master watches (2 of them are known as Flight Computers) and 3 of those watches were in need of some adjustments, cleaning and general TLC. I was thinking about sending the watches to Seiko Headquarters in New Jersey but I was not too keen on the fact of sending my watches all the way to New Jersey and run the risk of losing them during shipping. Also, I wanted to deal with someone face to face in Tampa but I did not know who could service those types of watches and who would do at great job at it. After some advice and digging around, I found this tiny shop in Downtown Tampa and I took the watches there and after some time, all of the watches were returned to me running in perfect, like new condition. The prices were fair. The staff at Hayman Jewelry Co. were very attentive to my needs and I just cannot speak more highly of my experiences on how I was treated as a customer and how my watches were returned to me. After over 20 years of marriage my sweet husband decided to upgrade my setting. Alison was wonderful and very knowledgeable in assisting with my new setting and choosing the style. They had it done very quickly. Fantastic job. It is beautiful.

I brought 1 pair of earrings, 1 necklace, and 4 bracelets in for repairs and re-sizing. The order was ready in 2 days for pickup, and they offered to pay me for the scraps leftover from the jewelry I had repaired. The staff was friendly and the service was fairly priced. Was searching for jewelry repair near me after a necklace broke. Although Hayman Jewelry Company was a bit of a drive, I knew it would be worth it based on the reviews! Dropped the necklace off with a few other pieces (all repair items that have been collecting in the jewelry box) late afternoon. The store was pleasant with accessible parking . Was told all the pieces could be fixed and ready for pickup in a few days. The turnaround time was sooner than expected and they were VERY reasonably priced.

Great jewelry shop downtown that offers on-site repairs and alterations. A bracelet link on my Tag Heuer watch broke that would have required a costly replacement. Hayman’s on-site master jeweler was able to create a unique replacement pin to avoid replacing the entire bracelet as Tag had recommended. Highly recommend!

I went in for an engagement setting and I was blown away by their desire to help me meet my every need. Even after our schedules didn’t match up, the owner hand delivered my ring in a time of need. This place is it! Seriously, look no further. I brought my watch in to get a rod replaced & to get a nice cleaning. Hayman Jewelry Company did a fantastic job cleaning up my scuffed up watch & fixed the rod on my band. This thing looks nearly new after years of wear and abuse. I am beyond satisfied. The service was friendly and ridiculously fast. I will be back.

I had three necklaces and one bracelet repaired. They did fantastic work, you can't even tell where the repairs are. I also had an engraving which turned out perfect. All of this took three business days to finish. All very reasonably priced too. The employees were all very helpful and kind.

This place was great and my experience was phenomenal. Deron and Allison did such an amazing job helping me find a setting for an engagement ring. They were able to order the setting, set the stone, and appraise it within a week. We will be going back to pick out wedding bands. I will always recommend this jeweler to anyone that I know. I was walking around downtown Tampa when I stumbled across this jewelry store. When I walked in, I was attracted by the wide variety of fine workmanship and beautifully designed jewelry there. My friend looked at the fine jewelry and said that when she got a job and became rich, she would come here and choose one. The chain on my platinum necklace broke, and the owner said he could fix it for $25. When he understood my situation, he finally repaired the necklace that meant so much to me for free. Furthermore, I was moved by his kindness and enthusiasm, which was the best Christmas gift for me and an inspiration for me when I was at a low point in my life. This is an old shop owned by a family for nearly a century. The owner's quality is as noble and high quality as his jewelry. It's perfect for Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year's, or weddings.

Hayman is the best with antique jewelry. I took them my great grandmothers earrings that are over 100 years old and came with her from Italy. They fixed the delicate seed pearl with such care. They are the only jeweler I trust.

Then went to Amazon to get a matching band, came to $2,000, but Hayman sent a listing of rings based on the stones I wanted, the same one was listed at $1,400, and when I asked if that was MY price, they said NO, that the price would be $1,150.
