I was here to fixed my broken bracelet and necklace they’re not doing a good job until now keep on broken they are not professional… and other thing a lady work here short lady she’s rude no customer service ethics .. unprofessional…

Do not shop here! My mom bought an anklet from them and after a couple of weeks it started turning! Fake jewelry being pawned off as real! I am not sure how they get away with it and have been in business for so long.

Iv been going here since i was a little girl, my mother got me a neckless with my name on it with the cuban link chain and everything, and i also have the Virgin Mary charm.. now my newborn son has a little bracelet with his name on it and a little Santa Lusia charm to the side. This has always been the place to go and they have very good prices. You wont be disappointed!

I have been coming to this place for 11 years now. I moved to Brandon 4 years ago and I still feel it’s worth the drive in traffic. All personnel and super friendly, they do all repairs on a timely matter and do a terrific job. I will recommend Eddy’s Jewelers of all your jewelry repairs and if you are looking to buy jewelry they have amazing prices.

If I could give this place a negative star review then I would. I originally visited this Eddy’s Jewelry in Sep 2021. I purchased a charm and in 2 days it broke. I was impressed with there prices but you get what you pay for I guess. Later that month I brought them a Gold 14k charm. I was only offered $40 for it. Advised it would be melted down then told charm was dinged and it wasn’t worth much. I originally paid $200 for my charm. If you would like to buy cheap gold for someone you don’t like so much than this is the place to visit.

I bought my husband a ring & for they had to resize it & a month later it broke into PIECES. We went back in there & the old man just sat there saying “I don’t want to hear about any problems” as he sat there EATING, never once did he get up. They told me they guaranteed their work & now NOTHING. No credit, no let’s us try & fix it.. NOTHING! RUDE RUDE RUDE & the ring ended up being fake. I’ve reported them to the better business bureau. If I could rate with zero stars I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
