$80 to solder the hock of a silver necklace & a pendant hoop Ridiculously expensive! 2nd visit to this merchant & never again! Go to the mall instead and at least u’ll get the scenery. This merchant does not make Jewelry repairs, They send it to another merchant that charge them for repairs, out of this charge they include their extra $$ charge for doing nothing. They Did not disclose that they don’t do repairs. They did not call me to update on the cost of the repairs. Knowing this would have led me to a real Jewler that makes repairs, resulting in a lower cost for repairs. Do your math after reading this.

I've had the occasion to do business with this jeweler several times. Two times the work was top notch and at a very reasonable price. The third time they explained to me why they could not do the work there but gave me the name and number of someone they could recommend. Always helpful! I'll keep coming back.
