Y'all are doing shady business in there, I went in there and bought a phone from you two weeks ago at full price and went back to pawn it for a few dollars for one day and you denied me, first you said no, because the phone is old, which it isn't, then you say the phone is blocked, again it wasn't. Bottom line... Yall are shady, imo doing bad business, thank goodness for Cash Pawn America, they took my phone on a loan, and gave me $120.00 no problem. After that, you know where my loyalty lies. You just lost a great customer!

Naty, did not what I was looking for, but has unique customer service skills, and directed me to other store who may have what I’m looking for, I will make sure to visit his store when im in the area again

The new manager Naty I think is how it is pronounced has no business in being a manager at all. Zero people skills, very abrasive personality, talked over me as I was asking questions.

Stephanie was great, helped me out a lot, and worked with me on the price. Especially, since its a last second TV buy since I accidentally broke the old one and my wife was gonna kill me.

DONT GO HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I was patiently waiting to be helped for 15 minutes and when the women Stephanie behind the counter called me up. I asked to pawn my item, see looked at it and the called the next person in line up told him she can't take what he had... and the called the next person that just walked in the door while I'm just standing there and she didn't say anything...... I have never felt such disrespect from anyone before!!!!!

Naty was the sales agent at the counter that helped me today- store located at 3102 W Hillsborough in Tampa. This person took a great deal of time calmly explaining my options and giving excellent recommendations on how to handle my pawn loan. The best experience ever- many thanks Naty!

Fantastic experience. Always a pleasure buying or selling at this location. The store is always organized and clean. The staff and manager are very helpful, polite, and take the time to get to know their customers without judgement. Never feel like I’m wasting their time or they’re wasting mine. If you’re selling something to them; be transparent and realistic and you will leave with a great experience that will change your perception of pawn shops. Would recommend anyone buying or selling to check out this location regularly.

Shopped at this store on 7/11/22, Randy and Daisy were very courteous and helpful with my purchase. I visited the store on Tuesday, February 23rd in the afternoon. EVERYTIME I visit the store I am greeted nicely and professionally....especially by Vee!! Vee is ALWAYS very courteous, professional and genuinely helpful to everyone who visits the store. I have been to this store on many occasions and most of the employees are ALWAYS nice and greet the customers respectfully. I have been to EVERY Value Pawn in the Tampa Bay Area ( Hillsborough, Pinellas and Sarasota ) and this is one of the best locations for service and merchandise.
