Will never ever visit the clinic again no matter how sick I am. The dr (Indian guy) that was on duty on the Sat was so bad. I had an ongoing fever, sore throat and congested nose for 5 days already and when I told him about my condition, he just briefly check my throat proceeded to prescribe me some nonsense medications which makes me feel worse. I asked if I needed antibiotics and his reply was “if you want I give you lor”. Had to visit another clinic where the doctor was so nice to explain my condition and prescribed me medications which really helps my condition. Avoid this raffles medical Tampines 1 clinic at all cost. Such a waste of time.

waited 1 hour plus for consultation but i didnt care much since its expected alot of people when i came in, the receptionist is friendly no doubt. thn i got this indian dr, her name is Vxnxthx Anxx Kxrxvxllx, she started of unfriendly when she asked whats my condition and i told her what i suspect it is and she asked me to explain further in a rude tone of voice and even with her masked on, i can see her judging me with her eyes like as if im trying to lie about my condition . after some tests done, she prescribe me with only one antibiotics which i knw it wont be enough, she said its enough and i asked her for additional mc due to my condition i cant be attending to customers and its hard. she then rudely say “what??? today and tmr??” she thn told me how many mc’s i took and look at each records and trying to tell me off which i am aware and i dont pray for this to happen to me. no sense of emphathy and rude to patients, people are in pain and waited for one hour to see u to be treated this way. ive seen alot of reviews regarding this indian lady dr and its a bad review. if i can give 0 star for the dr’s service ive already done so. raffles medical should see all of this reviews on the doctors treatment to patients and ensure they give same treatment to all patients and not judge them

Alisha not only performed the blood draw with precision and skill, but her ability to guide me in controlling my breath made the experience painless and stress-free. It is only 8.30pm and One of the nurse refused to take me in. She said that the queue stopped and the doctor wants to go home at 9.30 Only another staff that I want to commend, she actually kept the queue going. There were a few people behind me also waiting for the queue This is a clinic if the closing time is 9.30 and the sign on the door is still “open” you should not be refusing patients. First time I see that a doctor refuse their patient when it is not even their closing time. Please be more professional. Just like that staff that actually keep things going. That is real professionalism. NOTE: it is only 9.05pm at the clinic when it was my turn, there is plenty of time. What is the rush to go home? Clearly it doesn’t take That long.

Very bad experience with V.A.K. Came for a less than 5 mins consultation. I genuinely wanted to know why my fever symptom was very different. Although my temperature was not fever but i could feel it escalating. She was quick to dismiss me and was very condescending towards my concern. Later when I got back, my temperature got worse. She smeared the clinic's reputation. Poor hiring decision from Raffles. Disappointing.

Ridiculous that I still have to wait for queue even when I had booked an appointment slot. If you're going to make me queue behind people who walk-in, what is even the point of an appointment? Radiologist was also very unfriendly. Indian lady, didn't sound local

I have been to Raffles Medical Tampines a couple of times, and every time, the consultation feels very rushed. However, Dr Ng is different from the rest; he is very fatherly, and he shows genuine concern for his patients. He gave very good advice, and he is very detailed in his explanation, as well as providing very good analogies when explaining difficult medical concepts. Thank you Dr Ng, you have been a blessing to the medical community over the last 30 odd years.

Giving 1 star as 0 is not possible - worse service. Staffs here are very rude. Total time i spent here was 2.5 hours! To just do spirometry test- no prescription needed for this. I dont understand why they have to be so rude. And so slow. Learn how to speak to customers first.
