Bad staffs attitude, work like a boss, not professional. Poor exerience, you can go to huawei and samsung check their service then go back to here vivo experience their service, You can see how big their difference between good and bad service. I will never buy a Vivo again with lousy cracked software and bad service like this.

Went to this shop to change phone battery. I called before came to the shop. And the GUY were so rude when i was asking question. I hung up then went to the shop. The same guy i was dealing with was in the front desk. So rude, checking my album and whatsapp without asking. When i asked why, he said he wanted to check if that was the reason my battery got problem. It doesn’t make any sense at all. And then i was about letting him to do the job but he need my phone no, name and my phone password. There’s no way i would simply give to other ppl my phone password i said to him. Then i left the shop, went to other shop in asia city, so happy that they dont even need my phone password to change the battery. They also told me that why would ppl need phone password to change new battery. Be wise guys!

Bad service..my handphone just use for 8 months already got camera problem. It is still under warranty but the staff informed that camera problem is caused by motherboard..and already many people complain the same problem. Dont know when got stock..very hard to park and trouble if your handphone model not good better do not promote using digi centre.

Did a pretty quick repair around 1 and a half hours and service was decent.

Not share on phone problem, directly set price for repair. The staff do not explain why warranty is not acceptable and just keep said to pay rm265 for repair. Bad experience, want to switch brand phone.

Rude and not friendly front desk, pay for battery change, but not able to show me the old battery. Phone conditions still the same, suspect didnt change the battery. Front desk say any problem after changed take respondsibility ownself. Bad customer experience.

Nit Wit service center, called the whole day but no one answer. We buy your product but yet you who work there are bunch of jabronis.
