I took my kids for breakfast just to use the dine in vouchers. I was blown away! Best eggs Benedict I have ever had! And they were presented like a photo in a magazine. Good coffee. The staff were amazing with my kids, couldn't do enough to help and extremely welcoming I could keep going but I just need to say thank you to cafe thyme

Had the best chicken snitzel topper I have ever eaten. The flavour of the bernaise sauce ,fresh avocado and tender chicken topped with tasty prawns was amazing. Excellent friendly service as well.

Close to shops/ town centre and parking, Cafe Thyme is a fantastic place for a breakfast or lunch stop over- fresh, great coffee and tasty meal served with a smile. And, did I mention they have the best pancakes ever. Good job team. PS- Cafe Thyme comes across as Vivo Cafe (hard to miss all red), unless you look carefully.

Delicious food and the menu variety was fairly decent. Reasonably priced. Would like to see a more inviting atmosphere but otherwise we were happy with our overall experience.

Nice cup of cappuccino and simple yet delicious scrambled egg on nicely toasted sourdough. On par with the nice cafe in Sydney! The staff were friendly, welcoming and fabulous! Nice vibes overall! Will come back here again on my weekly visit to Taree

Absolutely in our top 3 of cafes... beautiful friendly staff.. clean premises... that good my gosh even Gordon Ramsay would not turn anything away.. it's bang on .. delicious and excellent value for price.. we couldn't believe it.. keep up the awesome work.. we had Eggs Benedict.. bacon & egg roll.. pancakes.. coffee..hot chocolate... if you need to stop for eats this is perfect.. we are from Victoria just passing through on our way home from Qld..

Consistently great! Always good service and lovely fresh food. Only downside is that the kitchen closes at 1.45 so no late lunches. Better food and better value than any other cafe in Taree that I’ve tried.(Have tried all the others on the Main Street) The meals are so generous my friend and I always share and unlike some other cafes it’s never been a problem and they are happy to provide an extra plate and cutlery without charge. Highly recommend.

Grabbed brekky and coffee here, food was delicious and came out in big portions. Menu had lots of breakfast and lunch options. Staff was extremely nice, will be back when we're in the area!

We had been meaning to try Cafe Thyme for some time and yesterday was the day. It didn't disappoint. THE best coffee in the area by a mile and the food was excellent. Perfect portion sizes, tasty, cooked well. There was nothing to be faulted. A special mention to the scrambled eggs. Perfection! The service was 5 star too. We will definitely be back. I loved their special bruschetta, generous portion, and it was delectable. Would’ve given them a 5-star review, but their coffee was weak and wasn’t hot enough even when I ordered extra hot.

What an incredible surprise. Lively staff and an incredible breakfast. The Big Thyme Breaky was a great play on words and even better tasting. My only regret is not taking a picture for this review. Also, when 4 or 5 paramedics walk through you know it's good. Always follow the ambos for good food. Highly recommend.

Always stop by when I'm in town, great coffee and the food is fresh and delicious, large portions. Recommended for any coffee and foodie lovers!

Great breakfast we thought for a change as we normally go across the road to the cafe there. Was not disappointed order the corn fritters with spinach and poached egg and bacon and hollandaise sauce beautiful breakfast my husband loves a egg and bacon roll and my daughter of 5 had some hot chips which she has occasionally out. The chef cooked them for her a lovely breakfast would recommend and they have air conditioner for the hotter months to sit in comfort.

My daughter and I stopped by for breakfast on our way to Goulburn from Port Macquarie. Everything we ordered was super fresh and perfectly cooked. Glad we dined (breakfasted) here after reading previous google reviews… Cafe Thyme did not disappoint!

The best breakfast ever! We had chefs choice of the day - surf and turf benny. It was delicious! Coffee was very good too and very friendly staff. Next time we're in Taree again, going to go here for sure.

Lovely food, coffee delicious. We visited a few days later and ordered the same food. Enjoyed it that much the first time. Staff always courteous and willing to help.
