Perfect location, professional staff, lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, excellent free city walking tour. Our suggestions to make it perfect: put a tissue paper box in the guest rooms, provide oat milk at the breakfast buffet, place cups and plates in a better (accessible) location in the dining room.

What a stay! Amazing hotel with all the mod cons. Had a great 3 day stay. Breakfasts and evening meals were beautiful and the staff were always smiling and helpful. Free nice coffees and hot chocolate from machines in reception with your room card and the bar on the roof had a good view and really interesting interior with modem art.

This hotel deserve more then 5 stars not because its perfect located but its just perfect under any conditions. Very helpful and great staff. Cleanness is on top. Hotel is new, fresh and very modern. You have free water everyday, free coffee machine in lobby. Amazing restaurant in garden with very delicious food. I stayed here more then 5 times and definitely i will be back.

I wanted to give it 5 stars , but they need to work one there service staff in front desk. Put a smile and be kind to guest is a start. Rooms are very nice and all. Price is to high to be in Poland. But good clean and beautifule rooms.

In the center of Warsaw and all attractions. Great breakfast and had dinner at the restaurant in the evening where they served a wonderful Italian food The rooms are clean, comfy and all controlled via tablet. The service everywhere was very friendly and will be happy to visit again.

Everything was on point. Service (they delivered food even though the restaurant was supposed to close), food, rooms. As a designer, I would like to note that the interior makes a great impression, thought out to the smallest detail. This greatly enhances the quality of your vacation. We thank the hotel and staff for the service, we will definitely come back again.

My partner and I stayed here in the summer and were really happy with our stay! We were totally comfortable. The staff were all very kind and friendly and didn’t hesitate to give us local recommendations. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and you can also get something made to order. The garden terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast and starting your day. They have free bicycles and when we stayed, they also had free tickets to the contemporary art museum which we found really cool. I ended up losing my passport and needing to extend my stay by a few days and make embassy visits and the staff were very supportive through the whole ordeal. When I finally found my passports (yay!), they left chocolates in my room as a gift! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we next come to Warsaw.

Great place to stay. Polite staff, clean (super clean actually) modern rooms. We also enjoyed the spa, it's small but nice and clean. The restaurant is okay, but if you have time to explore, ud recommend going elsewhere.

Modern, great vibe, location, rooftop lounge with an outdoor terrace with a view, well trained and professional staffing... and seriously great price vs. quality level! No kids nor family, its clearly positioned well (and experienced) by young professionals (25~40), singles & couples. Neat, very well thought. Loved the music speaker in the bedroom too! Nicely designed, clean rooms, very friendly staff, great location. Rarely have I felt so comfortable in a hotel room. The bathroom is small, however, the shower is spacious and well designed so it's not a real issue. You also get free coffee drinks in the lobby, which is awesome. The only downside are the pretty narrow beds if you book a room with two single beds, I almost fell out one night. Nonetheless I'll definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with fresh and modern design in the center of Warsaw. I stayed here for one night and service was very good. Checkin and checkout was done within few minutes. I was offered a cup of coffee to go on checkout. There is good Italian restaurant on a ground floor. The only thing that I’ve noticed was an absence of toothpaste. I forgot mine and had to go to buy it. I think it would make it perfect presence of a toothpaste in a cosmetic box.

We stayed here for a city break weekend. We had a lovely time. The room was quiet and had a very nice standard. The reception staff was welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was a very nice spread with lots of options to choose from. Though those options would use a little bit of labelling as to what they exactly are (for instance I see cheese, but what exactly time of cheese it is, and the other cheese platter is it vegan cheese or is it just lactose free cheese?). The spa was nice and was open until 22 so even though we arrived at almost eight I could still get a massage. Overall it was an exceptional experience well worth the price.

Great design, comfortable beds, well thought out bathrooms and ability to open the window. Good breakfast, nice bar. Only downside is that the walls are on the thinner side and shake with door openings.

Highly recommend this place! Rooms are nicely furnitured, clean, bathroom is new and pleasant, breakfasts are tasty, has quite a variety of food, desserts, beverages, fruits and vegetables. In a walking distance of city center and main attractions.

Extremely good location. It’s close to many restaurants, and a night club called Rakieta. The hotel overall is very clean and the rooms are well designed and have all the needed amenities. The rooftop bar has a nice view and they often invite djs for the evening. The price in comparison to the quality of the hotel and the location is a steal.

Superb service. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent. 10/10 dining every time over two years and 8+ times visiting. Rooms always spotless and like they are new. Air con is great as soon as you work out how to set it. -2.5 works wonders for me. Bar is ok...only because the service is sometimes slow. On the weekend hotel guests get a bit lost with the crowd of Instagramlocals. Location is superb. Everything you need is on your doorstep.

We loved everything from the start till the end. Super helpful and attentive staff, both at the reception desk and the rooftop bar. Our room was perfectly clean and ideal temperature despite the heat outside. Definitely a favorite hotel brand in Poland.

This hotel has clearly never heard of the phrase “customer is king”. They have a coworking space / bar mix on the top floor which doesn’t serve food. If you try bringing your own- they ask you to leave.

Perfect hotel's location. The service is great , very comfortable bed and pillows , clean rooms and very nice room's decoration. One thing which was missed is the slippers in the room , not sure if they just don't give them , or my room was forgotten but I didn't have any. The air conditioning is not so clear for smooth operation. I found it a bit frustrating to operate the air con to the proper temp. The breakfast is good +

Almost 5 star ⭐️ experience. Contemporary design, comfy rooms, helpful & enthusiastic staff, great gym and Prism Spa. All well, but… the owners / management should think carefully if they really need that much attention and if if really helps? From the guest’s perspective film crew occupying lobby in the middle of the night, not wearing 😷 (yes, we still do live in pandemic times) and pushing the staff for a free coffee does not make the the experience whole. I checked out in the night of 29.10. Feel free to verify.

Amazing hotel! Location is perfect, we didn’t take public transportation, as everything was within walking distance. Room service was very quick and accommodating, the restaurant downstairs has an extensive menu, everything we tried was delicious. Highly recommended!👍

Everything was great in this hotel Stayed for 3 nights Restaurant is good as well as the pub on the top floor. Didn’t get the chance to go to the sauna area though. Bed is super confortable. I appreciated being able to control everything in the room with the tablet (temperature curtains lights room service)

Stylish and friendly boutique hotel in Warsaw. The rooftop bar is great, staff are extraordinary friendly, and food and wine are good. I must have missed something until now. Highly recommended, unless you need a view from 8 plus floors.

What a great hotel. The decor, design , faculties , service and vibe was excellent . Loved the rooms, the down duvet and comfortable pillows, the electric shutters which let the light stay out a little longer, the sauna and massage was top, the rooftop bar had great cocktails and a spot to work during the day. Restaurant had a good menu, good vegetarian options, we were given a bike to use which I highly recommend to get around the city, and all of this for a reasonable rate. Will definitely be back.

We and many of our wedding guests stayed at PURO in Warsaw in August 2022. It was a truly delightful, unforgettable experience. Joanna was exceptional in helping us reserve the block and ensure all of our guests were booked at their best rate. The Executive Suite was lovely, clean, spacious; the automatic window shades were particularly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for me to store all of my gowns and wedding attire/accessories. Getting ready in the Executive Suite was perfect! Breakfast offered many delicious options and the patio was very enjoyable. Overall, the staff was also kind and attentive, Kasper up on the rooftop was especially hospitable. The only challenges were 1) finding space to sit at the rooftop bar with our larger group - it's a very popular place and we had to squeeze in between the locals who were enjoying the views and delicious cocktails, and 2) dry cleaning was surprisingly pricey. We are returning to Poland next year and will be staying at four different PURO locations again, including the Warsaw one. Can't wait!

Great location! You can just walk everywhere from PURO. Breakfeast is delicious and gym and sauna space are very nice. The only small minus is an extra paid and small parking spot. If you don’t need a car then this is a perfect choice

Such a good hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. They let us enter the room much earlier as planned because of the early arrival. Loved the lobby and nice albums. Perfectly located to explore the city center anytime. Rooms are nicely decorated, soundproof and had a lovely touch - perfect bang and Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. Planning to visit it again.

Stunning interior design. It's the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to, not only of Puro Hotels but of all the hotels I visited worldwide. I can't possibly imagine a better location, too! It's right there in the city center. Hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and offices are within walking distance. Highly recommend, 10/10
