EXPERIENCE WHAT SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE!! What can I say. This place is TOPS! I must have walked all over Bucharest looking for a HIGH QUALITY bag for my girl and I must have visited 12 stores today. I found nothing worth while, low quality bags, or just people unwilling to help me. Then I showed up at Superb 90 RIGHT at closing time. Did they care that it was near closing? NO! They must have helped me look at 50 bags! Taking photos, checking sizes, and styles until I found the PERFECT bag. The gentleman and the women who work there are EXPERTS! They never ONCE made me feel rushed and even told me several times to take my time. I found the perfect bag. At the perfect store. I will be back! 10/10 thank you Superb 90!

A very select store

With spring came the new collection which looks very good. I also noticed the rebranding of the store (which is currently called VALENTINA CONCEPT) and I appreciate the elegance, quality and last but not least the patience shown by the ladies there. The prices are way above average, but it's worth every penny. The products are of very good quality, very modern, for all occasions and for all tastes: elegant shoes, accessorized or not, all day, with high, medium, or without heels. The store is located in the central area and parking is a bit difficult, but the products (brands) there cannot be found in any other store. That's why it's worth the effort to visit the store at least once. I always come back with pleasure and I never leave without buying at least one product (although I would leave with the whole store, but the budget is still limited 😣).
