I arrived at a residential area where I had to wait in the street for a guy to wake up( yes it was early but all my data was stated in the booking) and meet us. He also doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Romanian, so it was hard to communicate. On the way to the airport we nearly had an accident ( it was not his fault but it added to the whole negative experience) When we arrived back, we also had to wait for the guy to come and take us to our car ( though I called him as soon as we landed). He didn’t come where we waited for him we had to call him several times and since he doesn’t speak English, we couldn’t understand each other. When we arrived at the so called „parking“ ( turned out it was just a yard at a private house) my car was so jammed between other cars and the wall, it was impossible to get my kids and my luggage into it. So I had to ask the guy to drive it out from this very narrow „slot“. Also, the mirrors were not in the position as I left them. I better park next time by my own at the airport parking!
