I'm at the branch. This is my 5th time, and nothing has changed. There's a long delay time AGAIN! today's it was an hour delay. I thought I paid to the best company in the field, but seems like low-cost resturants can manage their clients scheduele better. No one calls to inform, it's like it's OK on their side that the clients wait. I'm writing to the managment, do something! I'm frustrated by your service.

That's more like a shop than medical facility. They have a sales person who is not a doctor but is trying to sell you the surgey by saying "it will look good on you". And this person keeps calling you many months after the visit following up "are you ready to get a surgery? Why not? Then why did even you come?" I would never trust my looks/health to a place like this.

Even if you somehow get it for free, don't even think about getting near this place. 80% of the staff is incompetent if not straight out negligent, and you can't choose who does the treatment in advance. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE.

UPDATING TO ADD: Even though the company responded to my review and I emailed them as they requested, I was never contacted further to address my complaints. Their response was just for show. Also, 6 months after surgery: I believe I have nerve damage as my feeling never came back normally (the Dr said it should return to normal after about 6-8 weeks), my results are sub par, and like I said in my original review, my main issue was never resolved. Like other reviews said - this place gets your money and then nobody cares anymore. If you are looking for quality service and care keep looking. I had surgery done here. The Doctor was wonderful, kind, attentive. However, the issue I came in to resolve was not resolved at all. I spent almost 30 thousand shekels to walk out with exact same issue I came in with and had wanted to take care of. At my post op when I spoke to the Dr about it, he said, "well, there is a bit of a difference..." I would not recommend. As soon as I paid, nobody cared whether I got results at all. Nobody cared at all that I spent all that money and then not have my issue taken care of at all!

The whole team at Proportzia is highly professional and so nice. Natali who took care of me was so gentle and sweet. I got there early and she took me in right away. I love going there and getting pampered by the team. Highly recommend their great service, team & care, you’re always welcome nicely❤️

My last experience was pretty good, Olena, the hair removal master, was very nice and qualified, she explained me a lot about how laser works, what she do and why she do this. It was my 5th visit and only now I really liked the service. I wish you more employees like Olena

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Please do not even fall for this trap. Never been treated so poorly, staff is incredibly rude and you will wait hours for your appointment and cancelled if you show up 2 min late. Will not be coming back after my last treatment.

Bad service overall, bad results. Expensive, disappointing, not worth it. Not recommended

Great staff, very friendly. The place is clean and beautiful and the laser is quick and painless. It’s not the first place i’ve tried and it is definitely the best one.

bad experience, i’m on the 4th treatment and got scorched on my chest , my pigment is dark skin the lady who was treating me said that they don’t have to use number 6 for my pigment but she did use #6 any way which i felt like she was burning me, the result a scar in my chest i have a photo to prove it just in case, the treatments is not done yet but the experience is unpleasant.

If you have never had electrolysis. I recommend a test patch somewhere discreet. I have already had about 15 rounds of laser treatment in NY using the Candela machine. I still have some hair left on my arms and was told electrolysis would only get the job done. I had it done at the petach tikva branch. I do have sensitive skin and was left with needle holes for a really long time on my arms. I did it in September 2018 and still have some scarring left it is now February 19, 2019

Highly recommend for laser hair removal. Friendly staff, great machine and clean environment!
