Very nice building, this hotel is a very big one tel Aviv, he is a lovely place that everyone can go visit.

Not so cozy. The space is too open and there is not enough intimacy

Architecture and the interior of the hotel is really one of the best in Tel aviv still. However, the service might need to improve a lot more for Intercontinental standards. The service was poorer than the 3 star holiday hotel in suburban side of London. I came for the breakfast, and no one took me to the table, no one came to ask me for coffee or tea (some one came later as I spoke to them personally). The table wasn't cleaned for very long period of time that I had empty plates on my table during most of the time. Although, the staffs are friendly. Just wonder how this is 5 star hotel service when it's just so unprofessional. But the food was great, view was nice, rest of things were great.
