If
you’re
vegan
in
Tel
Aviv,
run,
don’t
walk
to
this
place.
We
were
looking
for
a
vegan
spot
near
Shuk
Carmel
and
decided
to
give
this
a
try.
First,
the
service
was
AMAZING.
It
was
our
first
time
there
and
we
weren’t
sure
what
to
order
and
our
waiter
had
fantastic
recommendations.
Everything
he
suggested
was
delicious.
We
had
the
Red
Dragon
roll,
the
Kalamata
roll,
the
dim
sum,
kimchi,
and
ice
cream.
All
the
rolls
were
so
beautiful
and
unique
-
the
combinations
of
flavors
were
delicious.
They’re
not
afraid
to
experiment
with
things
like
nuts,
peanut
butter,
coconut
milk,
tofu,
herbs,
and
spices
and
the
rolls
are
a
reflection
of
that.
We’ve
never
had
sushi
like
that
before.
I’m
a
meat
eater
and
the
dim
sum
honestly
tasted
like
real
meat
to
me!
And
the
ice
cream
was
unbelievable.
It
was
pistachio
and
had
an
amazing
nutty,
savory
flavor
with
a
mild
sweetness.
I
occasionally
eat
dairy
ice
cream
and
this
was
even
better.
The
sushi
presentation
was
very
impressive
as
well
-
it’s
clear
that
they
put
a
lot
of
thought
into
not
only
the
flavors
but
also
the
look.
We
don’t
live
in
Israel
but
we’ll
be
back
to
this
restaurant
FOR
SURE!
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
go
there
-
you
won’t
be
disappointed!
