We had planned a Birthday party for 2 sisters, an evening of fun and pleasure of company with friends. So we had made a reservation for about 20 people and arrived at restaurant not knowing what to anticipate. What we have found was a generous mixture of great food, excellent friendly service with undivided attention from management and staff, as well as a very joyous ambiance all around. It turned out to be a very happy and fun evening of great cuisine, sprinkled with joy of the event itself and the whole spirit ocial gathering. Thank you, Opera staff!

Legendary Yemen food 40 year’s

Meats are astounding. Even better are the dishes with vegetables, because the food is spiced well. I love their soups. Finally, their portions are huge, so plan to share and to take stuff home. They have a seating section on the sidewalk, fully covered and climates controlled. They also do a very good take-out business. Final comment: The staff speaks English so they can tell you what's available based on what you're in the mood for.

Amazing place if you want to taste yemenite cuisine. Quiet a variety and good atmosphere. Friendly and quick staff.

My FAVORITE restaurant in Israel for years ! Makes the best white bean soup. Every time I or my family are in Israel we drive especially to go eat here . and we are home based in jerusalem so that's a 3 hour drive there and back for soup ;p and their food ! And the owners are very nice

This is a real old style Israeli family diner. The menu is extensive and the food is very good. Prices are reasonable. This is the kind of place you could eat at every day.

Superb Yemenite food. Same family have owned this restaurant for over fifty years. The waiter looks at you and knows at once what you will like the most and he is never wrong!
