Absolutely AMAZING!! The GARDEN TOMB is probably the NUMBER 1 place to visit on your trip to Israel 🇮🇱, in Jerusalem. To sit quietly in these beautiful gardens & to have HOLY COMMUNION is SUPER SPECIAL!! To go INSIDE & SEE the EMPTY TOMB & to KNOW our SAVIOUR & our MESSIAH IS ALIVE!! Hallelujah!! This was one of the Highlights of our trip - DO NOT MISS IT!! There is also very good & knowledgeable guides (missionaries) from the UK, that gave us such wonderful insight on the events that took place in that particular area as well as in Jerusalem. Highly recommended to ask these tour guides to explain & to give some context to the events that took place there a couple of thousand years ago!! As we were praying, praising & worshipping JESUS CHRIST & having HOLY COMMUNION we became SO aware of the HOLY SPIRIT - we couldn't hold back the tears ...

Highly qualified guides do a great job of presenting the evidence that this is the actual site of the crucifixion, burial, and resurrection of Christ. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are multiple sites for group meetings for lectures. Group admissions are regulated so that the grounds don’t become crowded. You can enter and view the Garden Tomb.

Beautiful place for reflection. Since there are not many tourists around Israel right now it was an unusually quiet and peaceful area.

One of my favorite experiences in all Jerusalem! This place didn’t feel like a shrine or place of idol worship. I could experience God here, and the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ! Very peaceful place of honor to remember the Greatest Day in the history of the world! Also a great place to get holy anointing oil.

Just a must to see where Jesus was crucified. The tomb from which He has risen! Beautiful parc and places to just be in prayer and spend time with our Lord!

Exact tomb location of Jesus isn't so important. Whether holy spirit in my mind or not is very important.

The Garden Tomb accommodates an ancient tomb and beautiful gardens surrounding it, which is contentiously believed to be a site of resurrection of Jesus. Our tour guide was a very nice gentleman who escorted us throughout the garden. I asked him questions pertaining to resurrection of Jesus depicted in the Scripture, to which he answered fully. The tomb was smaller than I thought, and anyone can enter in it. The surrounding gardens were also beautiful with flowers. Recommended for anyone visiting the area.

A must see if you are in Jerusalem. Beautiful surroundings. Great presentation by our guide. She presented compelling evidence that points to the Garden Tomb being the actual place where Jesus was executed, buried and rose from the grave!

Although there is no absolute certainty that this was, in fact, the tomb where Jesus was laid and from which he rose, its internal structure is exactly the same as that described in Holy Scripture. The place is wonderfully well maintained. When in Jerusalem, a visit to this place is a must. Beautiful and exciting!

No matter if this is a specific historic spot it is a great representation of a stone hill next to a garden in which a garden tomb was built. They did not claim to be the actual spot of Jesus's burial but that it could have been based on the time period of the place and what has been found. Early traditions point to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre as the actual site but this site gives you more of a feeling of how it would have actually looked in the first century. We also were able to have a lovely worship service with communion at the site.

Very different feel that the hustle and bustle of the sites in Jerusalem. Very quiet and solemn. Guide was very direct on Jesus' purpose and the gospel was spoken-Hallelujah! Seems a lot more probable than other sites in Jerusalem.

What an awesome experience...to see the tomb where my Jesus was most likely placed, and where He was most likely crucified. Our guide was awesome, even though I don't remember his name, but he was a blind man. I particularly loved the pictures he shared with us.

The Garden Tomb is a site of Christian worship and witness located in the heart of historic Jerusalem, just outside the Old City walls. Within this peaceful and contemplative garden there are several antiquities of interest, including an ancient Jewish tomb which many believe is the site of Jesus of Nazareth’s burial and resurrection. In order to preserve and maintain this special site, the grounds of the garden were purchased in 1894 by The Garden Tomb (Jerusalem) Association, a Charitable Trust based in the United Kingdom. The association is comprised of people from many different denominational and national backgrounds, united by the glorious message of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The site is maintained by volunteers that come from around the globe and join a team of local Palestinians and Israelis.

Beautifully maintained gardens and friendly staff. The rest rooms are clean and it was just a lovely experience. We were lucky enough to go during the day and also attend the Joshua Aaron consert at night. What an amazing experience.

The best and finest Historical spot. Jesus was buried in the tomb located in this landmark, whereas he came back to life. Visit the Garden Tomb, feel the freshness and calm environment. The olive trees located in a short distance from the tomb [The trees are visible easily] are aged over 2000 [since the time of christ].

Beautiful place. Clearly there is no claim that this the actual place, but it still is a better insight into what an actual tomb would have looked like than the holy sepulchre with all it’s trappings. A ‘thin’ place.

It's really a beautiful place to be with Christians from all over the world coming in to see historical sites, holder short services, and sharing communion. The guides are so welcoming, no gate pass, you just need to give a token to charity on your way out. Lots of gifts and souvenirs also from the gift shop.

I love this place. Last time I was here was in 2010, and it was beautiful and serene back then. Today, they've done a lot of work to improve the grounds and point out extra things of interest while preserving that beautiful peace and calm that exists at the tomb. Highly recommend.

This place has wonderful gardens. The roses smelled amazing, full of scent. Coming from America I rarely smell roses with any scent at all. My only regret was not being able to stay here longer and just enjoy the sweet presence of worship that fills this place.

A truly wonderful experience visiting the Garden Tomb. I had the opportunity of a personal briefing on the tomb by Simon who explained the history and significance of the garden and tomb. The gardens are beautifully laid out, care and consideration for the less mobile with additional infrastructure planned for the future. I found it a very serene and tranquil place to visit.

Just a must to see where Jesus was crucified. The tomb from which He has risen. This is a place of prayer. Has a beautiful garden. Archaeological heritage of the first century is in this garden such as tombs, water cellars, ancient winepresses. Reading the bible verses and exploring this place are chill to the bone. I saw this hill that looks like a skull. This tomb behind it. Peaceful garden in Jerusalem that contains the tomb of Jesus. Located just outside the city walls of Jerusalem you will find The Garden Tomb, a possible location for the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Christ Jesus. The local tour guide explained the history of the Tomb and the garden. The area of the tomb is open for visitors to see. Near to the Damascus Gate and standing in the shadow of Skull Hill you will find this beautiful garden with its ancient empty tomb. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful with many chapels throughout with people praying and singing.

Our only mistake was making this the last stop on a long day when our minds and bodies had reached the limit. Very friendly staff that will patiently tell you the story/ history of this location.

It is a peaceful, reflective place. I found it hard to see the 'skull' as clearly as I thought it would be. Make sure you look back and notice how close the current city wall is.

Beautiful, quiet, and soaked in the prayer of thousands of pilgrims. The gift shop is also one of the best in Jerusalem in my opinion for quality Christian gifts and mementos of the Holy Land.

What a magnificent place! We went for a special concert last night and the location was just lovely, peaceful and fun to explore. The gardens and little stone terraces were lovely in the evening. Facilities - there are many bathrooms, I believe there is a gift shop (but it was closed) and one entrance/exit.

For non Catholic Christians (I'm Catholic) they believe Christ was crucified and hurried here. I've been to both and I don't care both are plausible and actually very close to each other. So I have no problem with either speculation. I love them both. As an adult I can say I wept like I never thought I could.

My experience in visiting the Graden of Tomb is amazing. The place is quite, you feel the sacredness of the environment. Best time to visit is not in peak season to be able to roam around the place and go see inside of the tomb. A great place to visit ☺️☺️☺️

A beautiful peaceful garden where it is believed that is the place where Jesus was buried and then raised from his tomb. Religious or not, a wonderful place to visit.

Do not miss this wonderful spiritual filled place. We shared communion together here and witnessed many a person crying..Hopefully giving their lives to the Lord. Our guide was the gentlest sweetest man who talked so lovingly of Christ. I will never forget this visit.
