Hi,
my
name
is
Yael,
60
years
old,
mother
of
3
daughters,
I've
been
through
a
lot
in
life,
a
complex
childhood,
I
converted,
got
married,
gave
birth
to
3
daughters
in
2
years,
divorced,
and
raised
them
alone
for
the
past
30
years..
I
came
to
Assaf
after
my
daughter
and
her
husband
underwent
couples
and
individual
therapy
with
him
.
I
have
tried
several
times
in
my
life
to
take
care
of
myself.
I
was
lost.
Living
on
automaton,
trying
to
survive
life..
These
and
other
therapists
were
unable
to
contain
me
and
the
complexities
and
drastic
changes
I
went
through
with
illogical
frequencies..
And
I
didn't
feel
comfortable
or
that
they
were
able
to
understand
me..
And
then
I
came
to
Assaf,
very
skeptical..
I
mainly
came
so
that
my
daughter
would
be
satisfied
that
I
tried..
And
from
there
everything
is
history
as
they
say..
Assaf
was
able
to
understand,
accommodate,
guide,
solve
and
above
all
give
me
the
feeling
that
I
am
not
alone
anymore,
that
there
is
something
to
be
done,
that
can
be
changed
and
fixed..
That
I
can
start
over.
A
very
important
part
for
me
in
the
treatment
was
that
the
treatment
is
dynamic,
and
adapted
to
me,
to
my
needs,
to
my
daily
life
and
not
something
structured
in
a
way
that
cannot
be
moved
from.
Today
I
am
after
a
year
and
a
half
of
Asaf's
worn-out
personal
care
and
I
feel
that
I
have
been
reborn,
that
I
am
finally
coming
back
to
life..
I
have
returned
to
appreciating
myself,
who
I
am,
the
anxieties,
pressures,
worries
have
not
completely
disappeared
but
have
gained
proportions,
I
have
learned
to
deal
with
them
and
live
with
them
in
peace.
The
tools
I
received
from
Asaf
help
me
deal
with
the
problems
that
existed
and
more
importantly
they
help
me
deal
with
the
problems
of
the
day
to
day..
I
have
a
lot
more
to
add
But
I
will
end
by
thanking
Assaf.
I
really
have
no
words
to
describe
how
much
I
appreciate
and
thank
you.
