Very tasty dishes, superb service First time I've been there and the experience has been amazing. The service was beyond expectations, quick, efficient and kind. The staff knows exactly what you need at every moment, keeping you satisfied all over your stay, we tried various dishes and it was great, definitely better than average asian restaurants. The food is very clean, fresh and very well balanced, the Nems dish and buns are extremely good starters bursting with flavors along with the herbs and sauce you get - very recommended. I will definitely return to try even more dishes.

First of all, the food is really good. Enjoyed everything I've ordered, and the cocktail was amazing as well. Although, I went with a vegetarian friend, and she found almost nothing to eat. Most of the woks are coming with a oysters sauce and are unchangeable, which is a bummer. If there was a vegetarian alternative for this sauce, I'm sure a lot of vegetarians would come and enjoy the tasty food this restaurant has to offer!

I’m a regular customer of Kisu. I came for the food and stayed for the service. In recent months, the service has gone downhill tremendously. My order consistently came incomplete and the sauce opened. Sushi is a premium product and Kisu is a premium sushi (68 shekels for a roll is even expansive within the sushi industry). When I pay for a premium product, I expect a premium service. If I call to ask for spices mayo instead of the other sauces and get yelled at by their customer service who won’t even let me finish my sentence, I’m considering taking my weekly business elsewhere.
