The call center team is nice but does not explain/nor the flyer states -that the main entrance to the building is via a hotel lobby. If you don.t know the area you can search for hours because waze or gmaps take you to the adress and then are like few entrances and alleys and construction works. Also the call center team is busy (wanted to ask for help regarding the entrance) it takes alot of time to get them on the phone. And they're like surprised "what you don't know where bet hagaon is???"" No kidding?? !! Not everybody is from around here !!!! The receptionist (the one standing on the left, burgundy hair) had a sour face, did not say good morning, I approached her and she did me a favor to take my papers. And in the same time answerred a private phone call in Russian, put it on loud speaker and kept speaking on the phone. She did not bother to give me two forms (I had two different patients performing tests) . She said write everything on the same paper. Then she disappeared whithout any explanation and got back and told me "go to room 5". The technician who performed the tests looked profesional and was very nice and calm. She was patient and made up for the first impression I got. Train the receptionist to act nice and you've got my 5☆ vote!!! For the amount of money I paid I want to see a polite person at the frontcdesk. Btw, the cleaning lady was very nice. Much nicer than the receptionist

Unfortunately in Israel even money can’t buy you a decent service. Waited 10 minutes for the schedule ultrasound without anybody apologising for the wait, it seems that even if you pay the money ($300 for ultrasound!) it’s still norm for them not to respect you and your time. The next day the center was blowing up my phone all morning to get my email address, which I clearly wrote on the paper for them the day when I was there, but “it wasn’t me or clear” or something else. So for some reason the staff doesn’t take responsibility to check if they understood the email when I provided it at the premises and thinks it’s ok to waste client’s time by calling them instead of doing a good job themselves. Again, zero apologies were received. The ultrasound technician was super professional and nice though.

Russian stuff ( and probably management) scam. Not sure how they got a permit for private medical services in Israel. I contacted the main Israel health department and waiting for their answers. Legal future steps will be taken.

I am approve all the comment. I just go there today, bad i no see the comment before. They treated me like nobody. I don’t know how your reputation it’s making but I was really disappointed of what I saw. Not professional at all. And you can continue post, it’s all the begin begin I think now people are aware from the review and I am not be surprise if in few days you will have less than 1 star. It’s all what you deserve :)

Had a great experience with this clinic. Needed minor check up. The apointment was scheduled very promptly. The service was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

As medical agent I am always pleased to serve my patients in Tel Aviv Medical Center. They are extremely professional, I can reach any medical specialist needed.

I will share my experience: i coming for do an exam to a baby for 4 month. The exam the baby needed to be sleeping. I do exactly what they said, i coming in the morning and after 1 hours when the baby sleeping, they told me we can’t do the exam (probably the secretary wanted to go to eat). They tell me to back 2 days after, and to come earlier. I do what they told me, after 30 minutes baby don’t want sleep, the girl who try to put for the EEG test not really know what they do, I say I feel it inexpermented (probably not a technician but a secretary by the way she doing). Ok they told me it’s will take time but baby don’t want sleep. We cancel, and I go to refund. They told me not refund even I have 0 result. I feel very bad, I call the police and they came, the police take my deposition, and now I am going to explain to everybody to be very careful at what they sign because I talk to manager and nothing to do, on 1200 shekel approximativly, they refund maximum 40% even for Nothing. Now I am going to justice to ask refund and a Very Big interest and a control by every employees from this place and the rules, there is no was doctor on place, on’y Secretary people. Strange .

If you search amator people its the place. secretary not niece. people do the exam not good. they tell you by phone to don’t worry and finally on place you signing paper and paid by advance the exam. if you can’t do it for any reason, they don’t Refund you. Shame on this place. we coming because its nezr ours appartement, only the view sea its gidd but for 1500 shekel for 20 minutes, i prefere going to a bar in front and in place were you can talk to a doctor. not to a secretary who doing exam like an learn school.

This place it’s just About Money! I never see That in all my entire life. Even if they wrong they don’t refund you, and nobody to talk with. I think its a private doctor send me, maybe they have some deal with, I just said Maybe. I am not recommended.

We’ve had a appointment for ultrasound test by doctor. Eventually they rescheduled the examination due to dr illnesses to the next day. However when we came the next day the dr was not around and technician did it with more than 3 business days for results. I will never come back to this kind of service which also cost us 1100NIS. Don’t waste your money here.

I asked the receptionist about a possibility of having a PCR test and it seemed that she didn't understand. When I asked about Covid test, she looked freightened at me and said "NO". When asked about another lab in Tel Aviv, she said sje didn't know. Waste of time if already a receptionist is not even trying to help !!!

I am agree with all the comment, my doctor send me for an exam, and it’s exactly what’s happen. I sign some paper and I trusted in the place. But the true I see now the comment and I recognized the people who working there. I need to do again my exam even if I paid more than 1000 shekel for nothing. Don’t go there is a lot of really better place.

Very bad experience . Staff, price and else. They try to remove the review but they don’t know now it’s impossible. And I will see soon there star finish at 2 ! Clinic was efficient and professional. Jenny did our heli Bacter test and was wonderful, Ariel took the bloods and was great. Both of them explained everything they were going to do before and was very professional. And the english was proficient and helpful . Thank you !
