Would give 0 stars if I could. The space was hot and totally rundown and dirty. Broken lights and holes in ceiling. The service was terrible... slow and they didn’t give us plates until we asked for it. Also we asked for plastic cups for the kids so they don’t break the glass ones. They said they didn’t have (even though we saw a whole stack behind the counter) and kids ending off dropping a glass and breaking it. Worst was the food - which is ridiculous because it’s a restaurant. That’s literally the one thing that should be good. Cold tasteless and terrible recipes. Tasted like it was made by a kid. Worst pizza I’ve ever had in israel. All in all it was a total waste of time and money and I definitely would recommend NOT going there. You are guaranteed to be disappointed just like we were.

We ordered the couples breakfast and were very happy! The assortment of dips was fantastic and the whole wheat bread was from the best I have had Both hot and cold drinks were included We picked a winner and can’t wait to come back

On our vacation in Herzliya, we went to have some breakfast at Cafe Cafe. The cafe looks pretty old and is due for some renovations. We chose seats in the back. The waiter came to take our order, he had some difficulty on his iPad and then walked away without any explanation. We waited another few minutes and then he returned to take the order. Our food arrived a little while later and we decided to take it to go as it was just some pastries and coffee. He asked if we'd like to give a tip so we said yes and said an amount. Then he asked if we'd like to give more and we said no. So he asked why not? Did something happen? We said no and he processed the payment. I was very surprised by his unprofessional manner. On my next trip in to Herzliya, I will choose a different cafe for breakfast.

The food was delicious and the prices were fair. The service was also very good. I would definitely come early as it tends to get packed quickly. I recommend the breakfast specials .

We had the couple’s luxury breakfast and it was a delectable treat! The freshest bread, delicious dips, a perfect omelet with coffee and a refreshing lemonana. It was the perfect way to start our day!

Bad service ! You will have to wait for your food to arrive after one hour and half. You’ll get your drinks maybe, if someone else not stole it and you can watch others who came after you eating n enjoy.

If your on vacation looking for a relaxing meal, stay in your hotel and cook up some eggs, it'll taste better than anything from this store, and you'll get it by breakfast as opposed to dinner time! I just Waited for over an hour for GRILLED CHEESE! And I can attest it was not worth it! This place needs a revamp!

I’m a fan of Cafe Cafe in general, but today’s experience at the Herzliya location was awful. All 5 of us thought the food was bad, service slow, and the kicker: After waiting a too long time to get the food, only then do they inform one of our party that their dish isn’t available!

A pity I didn't take photos. The pizza look as if it had been frozen and reheated. "We make everything fresh," said the manager. "Look at the cheese. It is rubbery and maybe one teaspoon of sauce and no flavor; no oregano, garlic powder, nothing. ALSO, it was underbaked. He took it back and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. "We had kid's cheese toast which came with ice cream on a tray. I asked the waitress to wait on the ice cream so he'd have a warm toast and an ice cream that wasn't melted. Her answer was " It comes like that". I argued but she left it, ignoring me. My tabula salad had lentils, dry quinoa and burned slivered almonds. There was a line of mayo lined the inner bowl. That was by far the worst quino salad I have ever eaten. And I know, because I always get quinoa salad when I eat out. I asked where is the pat of butter for the bread? ( the only tasty thing in the meal). "You didn't ask for it". " Seriously? " I asked the manager . "We wind up throwing it out when many people don't eat it". "Ok, so at least offer it." "You are right." I have lived here over 40 years, eaten out a few times a year but this was the most disappointing experience ever.

Ethan was the best waiter I’ve ever had! So polite and professional and made us feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone to wants to have a great meal overlooking the marina!

Food was good, nice diversified menu with lots of options. Service was hard to get they are too busy very hard to grab attention. You cannot make a booking for Fri which is odd. Hard to get to - DO NOT TRUST YOUR NAVIGATION APP!! It is likely to send you somewhere else! Shame the website doesn't tell you this or maybe just fix it..

Worst tourist trap ever! Service is beyond horrible. After 45 minutes wait, they gave us a piece of cake that was half eaten taken from someone else’s table and still managed to say “this is how it comes”. Coffee was cold and served is a plastic to go cups. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Probably the worst place where I have eaten in the past few years. Service was rude and disorganized. There was several mistakes in the plates. The pizza clearly was a frozen industrial one. Why is it even still open?

Bathrooms not clean, food mediocre. We ordered drinks and were served in disposable takeaway cups (and we were dining in!), air conditioning not working. On the other hand, very friendly service!

Amazing service, they bent backwards to help us out, the food is delicious. High standards of kosher. Will definitely come again. Great vibe.

We stopped here for dinner one evening and as we enjoyed it so much we returned for breakfast the next day. The English was excellent - particularly the young lads serving us in the evening. There was a good menu with plenty of options and portion sizes were generous. The location overlooking the marina was obviously wonderful and the prices were very good. Breakfast was superb too, a lovely start to the day.
