Update: I did receive the order after 2.5 weeks. The customer service was amazing! They responded to my messages promptly and tried to get the order to me. I did have a loss since I needed the products, but I understand sometimes things can happen that are beyond the persons ability to change it. Original review: I chose to buy at sous vide Israel just because I needed the products fast and they promise delivery within 5 business days. 16 days have passed and I have not received the order yet. First they told me that my order got lost and they are sending me a new order. More than a week has passed since the new order was sent.
