Everything is fine in this branch except for the slow and super rude staff members. If you looking for some assistance, forget about it. The employees here just didn’t come to work The prices here are not different than any other branch of Home Center - they are high. The only good thing here is the fact that they are OK with refunding and bringing back damaged stuff you buy or if you wish to return unwanted purchases. Parking next to the store now costs money, unless you buy stuff at the store in at least 40 NIS. In conclusion, the products are fine and in a good quality. The staff is not friendly and gives you a feeling that you’re not wanted

At the Bnei Brak branch I do not buy there at all. I waited for customer service, for 35 minutes!!! I gave up! At Ace store I was promptly attended to and the product was 25% cheaper.

Good hardware store plus all you need for your home and office. Kind and helpful staff

When you want to but something everyone is available, but when they made a mistake with your item, no one is there to help you. Not via phone,email,fb.. it is just impossible to reach customer service

Although the employees were friendly, they were absolutely useless. Came to buy something… we knew exactly what we were buying -nevertheless any sort of help was nearly nonexistent. The employee that was supervising the category of products we were interested in was no where to be found, their colleagues were searching and calling for them but no luck. Ended up wasting a bunch of time. I truly dread visiting this store.

Worst customer service ever and staff haven't got a clue. Bought a sun shade from them (own brand) and it's terrible quality, not even 6 days after installing it the metal rings ripped off with a slight breeze. Took it back to the store and they said there's no guarantee even though their inferior product failed, good versions of this have a metal wire around the edge to reinforce and prevent it tearing but their one is just put straight on the net. She told me they can't do anything and I should call the number on the internet as the manager was not there, not only am I going to call them but I'll be sending an email to the Israeli consumers council. Never shopping at Home Center ever again. No wonder Israel is known for the worst customer service in the world.

Quite a famous store. On the lines of IKEA. Of course it is local and much older than IKEA in Israel. A one stop shop for all home equipment and accessories, from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom to cupboards to electronics. One can find everything. Not the cheapest place but convenient and time saving.

Actually a nice place( way better than other branches), a bit pricey but you can find there almost anything(for home improvment, etc.)

Large home improvement store that sells hardware tools, construction products, appliances and more. Auto-cashiers machine can save time and standing in line for checkout.

Access roads are terrible: narrow, crowded, bumpy and dusty; The service is barely polite at best, rushing and demeaning at worse. Station experts often do not know what they have in stock or when an item is expected to arrive. Return policy demands that the item hasn't been used, and a refund costs 5%.

It was ok. Just ok. A bit pricey for no good reason. Customer service was ok. There's parking in the area, which is a big plus. Store seems a bit messy & crowded. so finding something there is not intuitive, and you will end up looking for a salesperson to help you.

Good Store - Helpful Staff - Parking is Expensive - Be sure to give the head cashier you parking ticket to cut the price in half (still $10 or 35₪) & there is zero street parking

Before sucot was bad, they lost control because of the crowds, not professional

Big hardware store. You can find here almost anything you might need for DIY projects. It's not always easy to find help here but when you do, it's pretty good.
