I come here a few times a year for at least 5 years now. Honestly for very long it was a bad experience, but somehow they improved drastically. The management and the rest of the staff are doing something really good, improving so much. כל הכבוד

The worst place you'll ever visit in your life - a company full of stealers. High burn rates with customers and no service at all. Don't ever go there. This place should be shut down.

The prices are great. However, check the conditions on when you can come back to do laser after years of not doing it. Their customer service is really one of the worst I’ve seen. They are not responsive by phone so you need to WhatsApp them and even through WhatsApp they take a long time back to you and then book you for the wrong appointment. Once you get there, you usually wait 30 mins to 1 hour to get your treatment. The women at the desk are not helpful and quite rude. Worst customer care

Hate that I ever agreed to deal with them. Has an appointment at 11.30, waited for 1h and a half to get it. Working day. The girls on the desk weren't nice either

Dr Rotana is great. Customer service is terrible. Communication with branch is not directly available but then when you arrive, the tell you the opposite from what customer service said.

They lie on their website that they provide ear hair removal treatment, but after you are there, it turns out that they do not have the special laser gun header that is designed for the ear.

Doctor Rinata was great. The staff is really nice and welcoming.

I am with them for 2 years. I always get an appointment in the week, because weekends are too busy. Usually quick, but last time waited a half hour. My problem is that the hair is STILL COMING after 2 years of treatments. Wasted 2400 shekels on underarms and my pubic area. Still shaving every week. Does not work permanently.

This is the only business I’ve ever rated because my experience has been that awful. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone when you call and don’t expect good service. This business has zero digital capabilities and needs to adjust its whole system.

Worst customer service. U need to wait 40 minutes every single time for ur appointment cause they schedule every 5/10 minutes a appointment. They rather have there customer wait for 40 minutes then take a chance that there workers won’t work for 5 minutes! It’s insane - when u complain they tell u to write an email and a women tells u : there is nothing I can do. DONT GO THERE, u will waste 40 minutes everytime u make an appointment!
