They are not honest they have in each floor a room which is a Mamad (bomb shelter) which was changed to an improvised room. This hotel is downtown Nazareth right in the middle of everything... restaurants, coffee houses, gift shops, etc. It is easy to access. The hotel itself is a state of the art piece of work. It is truly comfortable and has great food. There's gym and bar as well. It is a great place to be.

Service is very good. kind and polite staff. Good location and room view. Cleaning can be improved, e.g. glass railing at the balcony was not polished. Breakfast didnt match our expectations - some dishes were have been finished before we arrived and were not being renewed. Coffee is reasonable - automatic machine. Vegetables were fresh. Kitchen and waiters service was excellent. Dinner is nice and consist a variety of salads, main dishes and desserts. Hotel gym is excellent equipped with new and advanced fitness equipment of TechnoGym, but the hall is a bit small.
