Hated it. I went inside with my mother and we felt so unwelcome that we left without buying anything. We looked at the pastry and everything was in French, and we don’t know French. So, the man inside gave us a bad look and was smirking at our ignorance. My mother felt really offended by this attitude. I don’t recommend this location and I will never buy anything from this brand in the future. We are in Romania and the names of the pastry should be in the local language or translated. Why should the seller look down upon us because we cannot read his silly labels? If the seller is proficient in French, maybe he can choose to move to France and sell his pastry there. Good riddance!

If you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a nice cup of cappuccino and indulge in some delicious pastries, sandwiches, and drinks, Paul coffee shop is definitely worth checking out. The coffee is rich and creamy, and the variety of baked goods and savory options is impressive. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. However, if you have gluten allergies or sensitivities, you may be disappointed to find that there are only a few options available without gluten. This can be a downside for those who are looking for gluten-free options. Additionally, it's worth noting that the prices at Paul coffee shop are in the upper range of the price range of other options in Bucharest. While the quality of the food and drinks is certainly high, it may not be the most budget-friendly option. Overall, if you're looking for a great cup of coffee and some tasty treats, Paul coffee shop is definitely worth a visit. Just be aware that there aren't many gluten-free options available, and the prices may be a bit higher than you're used to.

I’ve known this place for 5 years. Every time I enter U remember why I haven’t been back: the same depressing staff… Otherwise, it’s just Paul.

Very nice bakery and accommodating, professional staff. However we had a bad experience, it took ages to get our food. The main problem is that the management decided to take lots of Uber Eats / Glovo orders so couriers are constantly coming in - this causes delays and makes it unpleasant for regular customers. I know they need to make profits but there was a constant long queue of customers waiting anyway - therefore no need for the Uber/Glovo orders.

Before Easter I bought 2 "eclairs" and a third one was given to me for free because it was "a promotion". At home I realized that they were very old and had to throw them away. They knew that "the eclairs" were very old they should have stopped selling them immediately. What a shame, what a luck of commom sense! This is a world company and should stay away from the Romanian way of doing business.

The comfy cozy place you've been looking for in Bucharest. Relaxed and fresh croissant and pastry with a Lavazza Espresso. Thank you my frienda.

Cosy place but it does not have outside sits, at least in August when I visited.

It's a cute place. I had the brunch omelet which was fine, and the same with the cap. The decor is more memorable than the food.

Cozy little cafe with nice bakery and a nice atmosphere. It needs a bit of love as is old but is a nice little place to enjoy a coffee and some bakeries

Good pastries, a bit expensive but good, really bad and expensive coffee though. At least cut down on the coffee price if it's so bad.

Usually we visit Paul for some bread, croissaints and tea, because their coffee is terrrible. So once we with son asked about 2 tea to go, we have got very hot tea, and my green tea after was very strong (for green tea needs water 70C). This time I asked a girl put not so hot water, but she brought very cold, so when we drunk tea we didn't feel camomille taste in general, just a taste of water... And else, near of the toilette (closed room) workers smoke sigarette. Is it normal for Bucharest?

Perfect place for a nice breakfast. You could choose, for ex, croissant with goat cheese and dried tomatoes. And a fresh orange juice.

Good quality products. At rush hours the delivery time is slower. Calm and helpful client service. Recommend.

I was unpleasant surprised, the croissant was not fresh and the frape was smaller then normal and not the old recipe. After all this restrictive time,a disappointment. At least it was cool inside in a torrid day.
