One of the most stunning hotels I ever tried, the design, interior space, food, and service are too perfect to be true, there are a lot of attractive details where ever you go, starting from the room, toilet, restaurant, and piano 🎹. The only disadvantage is the price but I'm totally understanding why it's so expensive compared to other hotels. There are a great mall and animal zoo near the hotel try not to miss it

I wasn't sure, giving 4 or 5 stars for a rating summary. But it's worth the 5. The hotel is very new (1-2 years) and in very good conditions at all places. My room had a comfortable big size. Bathroom as well. Equipped with all you need. Big desk for work, big TV, safe, cooler, king-size bed. Only missed a small wardrobe to hang my coat. View out of the window is to the hotel part on opposite side of the small laguna, the hotel builds. The 2 restaurants offer a wide range of food and quality. While "The Hunger" is on mid range from price and good mid range from quality, "The Yacht" offers high quality and ambiance. Of course, it is also of price. Breakfast was great. Continental and Turkish. There is nothing to claim. At least, the location. The hotel is located in an industrial area. So far, not useful for tourists, discovering ancient Istanbul. Near the hotel is a Fun Park and a big food street and shopping promenade. Appearance, like an outlet center. So, in case of some free time, nice place to spent it. Over all, traveling to this side of Istanbul, Crowne Plaza, I think, is first choice.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tuzla, Turkey, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the accessible location to the friendly staff, our time there was filled with relaxation and convenience. However, it is not an entirely touristy area however, we enjoyed experiencing something different. The hotel's proximity to the Viaport Marina, Amusement Park, and Aquarium is a definite highlight, if you have children. We appreciated the convenience of being able to easily access these attractions, allowing us to have fun-filled and memorable experiences. The accessibility to such entertainment options added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The staff at Crowne Plaza Hotel were exceptional, with Enes standing out for his friendliness and helpfulness. The warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, and the willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests was greatly appreciated. The staff's attentive and professional service enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's location provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for a relaxing break. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area can get busy on weekends, which may be a consideration for some. Nevertheless, the tranquility within the hotel premises created a serene atmosphere, allowing us to unwind and recharge. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the hotel to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. The short distance between the two allowed for a stress-free and convenient transfer, making our travels seamless and efficient when catching an early morning flight to Cappodocia. In conclusion, our stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tuzla was a pleasant experience. The hotel and surrounding development seems relatively new and modern. We appreciated the well equipped gym that is free of charge to hotel guests. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Hotel has nice view of the marina, it is next to the outlet, convenient for shopping and food. Some of the staff are friendly, especially Orhan from the concierge, he is helpful. Receptionists need to buck up, not helpful and friendly. Service staff in the cafe try their best, will be better if they could understand English.

Our trip to Istanbul was from November 29 to December 3. The trip lasted five days, but it was very beautiful. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza Tuzla, a very beautiful hotel, the staff there are distinguished, their breakfast is very wonderful, the workers in the restaurant are distinguished, especially the employee Rabiya and Aysegul, who speaks English fluently. She met us with a smiling face, asking us about our needs in the restaurant and if we needed anything that was not available in the buffet. We thank her for this special treatment. It is one of the most wonderful places to spend in a hotel in Turkey, as there is a zoo, aquarium, water and theme Park, and open shopping center near it. You can also move to other places smoothly without trouble. Of course, the hotel is characterized by calm and tranquility and good service from the staff, but unfortunately there is no swimming pool or Spa other than that location talk by it self.
