It's a nice hotel slightly far from the crowded city center. There's buses coming and going from the city every few minutes. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are indoor and outdoor pools and good spa service. There are people in the reception who speak good English, which is much needed. Room service stuff were very prompt. The food was very good and there was a lot of variety. I highly recommend people to take the option of the half board plan. I am especially grateful to Mr Oğuz Tuna for his hospitality and kindness. We will definitely go back again. My only problem was that the room had slightly old worn-out pillows and quilt covers. There were some stains.

Great value. The swimming pool is rather small. I highly recommend to combine a visit to this hotel with a visit to the local municipal thermal pool and spa in Yalova.

The hotel is amazing When you get in osama greets you and explain to you the hotel amenities then you meet the lady at the front desk she will great you with her smile the spa the pool the breakfast all are awesome I enjoyed my stay i will definitely come back

A very good hotel , very nice for family vacation and I recommend it for those who seek for relaxation and relief from life pressure and stress, it's nice place also for the new couples , how ever they provide buffet at restaurant, and massage and spa , sauna and fitness club .

The spa was not operating, the hotel did not inform us when we make the reservation. We requested a room in the higher floor, they said it is under maintenance, however, they gave another group rooms in the higher floors. The refused to provide us with an invoice for our stay saying that they can't because our reservation was through agoda. Room service was poor. They did not change the beds covers for the whole six days! I don't recommend it for family stay

I like this hotel . They have a nice view , very nice and clean room , spa and pool and delicious breakfast .

Excellent hotel with very helpful stuff specially Mr. Fatah very nice clean and lovely rooms. I would stay there again.

Hotel Lova is a very calm and quite hotel and the reception was very friendly in arranging my taxi back to airport and also to extend my stay for late checkout. The rooms were big and has a good balcony. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Areas which require improvement from the hotels side are 1. Have someone to assist guests with their luggage from taxi and back to taxi. 2. WiFi was very weak even after informing 3 times and had to use cellular data after losing hope. 3. Carpet is a very wrong choice in the room and looks dirty especially during corona it feels uncomfortable.

The hotel was good for the price and the staff was very helpful. Just beware, this hotel doesn't have thermal waters

We came in 1:30 and they told us the check in 2:00 We stay to 2:40 until room ready if u know the right about check in and out please know even guest right The room dirty and the blanket provided sheet not blanket The ac is horrible we stayed 3 days like nightmares every 1hours to 30 min the a/c shut off automatically by him self we ask every day to fix the a/c And if we open th door balcony all bug going in side I have worst stay at the hotel in my life .

The place is in a very good location if you want to go to the beach or to therma or to downtown Yalova. View with balcony was beautiful! Food was delicious and very affordable! Bed and pillows were sooooo comfortable! The jacuzzi and room were very clean. Staff was kind and helpful and spoke English. Breakfast buffet was great! Internet connection was good. We really enjoyed it here and would like to return again! Thank you!
