disappointment
with
the
service
I
recently
experienced
at
your
restaurant.
During
my
visit
to
Maison
Bleue
Bangkok
with
a
friend,
we
encountered
an
issue
that
significantly
impacted
our
dining
experience.
The
main
concern
arose
when
my
order
of
Duck
Confit
was
served
approximately
an
hour
late.
Your
waitress
candidly
informed
us
that
the
dish
had
been
mistakenly
served
to
another
table
and
asked
us
to
wait
for
a
replacement.
While
I
understand
that
mistakes
can
happen,
even
though
it
was
not
a
busy
night,
the
extended
delay
at
a
fine
dining
restaurant
with
a
price
range
of
3000+
THB
per
person
is
unacceptable.
I
would
like
to
offer
the
following
constructive
feedback:
In
situations
where
mistakes
occur,
implementing
appropriate
compensation
measures
would
go
a
long
way
in
showing
your
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
A
gesture
of
goodwill,
such
as
a
complimentary
dessert
or
a
discount
on
the
bill,
would
have
demonstrated
that
you
value
your
customers
and
their
dining
experience.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
use
it
to
improve
the
overall
service
quality
at
Maison
Bleue.
I
have
confidence
that
with
the
right
attention
to
customer
care,
your
restaurant
will
continue
to

provide
memorable
