    If you're craving Singaporean style chicken rice then Boon Tong Kee is the place for you. They have their signature dipping sauce which is quite different from the Thai style chicken rice. The subtle sesame-soy drizzle around the chicken makes all the difference for me. In general I was satisfied with the food, succulent chicken, crispy pickled veggies and okay soup. This branch is inside the Commons Saladaeng community mall, some reviewers have mistaken it for another restaurant and uploaded misleading menus and photos. Last but not least, the service at this branch could be better, I understand that during rush hour/noon patience is in short supply but it does affect the overall impression of this branch.

    Located in the Commons Saladaeng, this restaurant is my go-to for Singaporean chicken rice. Their value set is fair-priced. Portion is okay, and their chicken is juicy. Staffs here are quite friendly. Recommend the Value Set, where you get the rice and one appetizer.

👍👍 We love the curry crab! But!! It comes too late.........when it comes, we are all already half full... that's why the service is not 5 star. But it's still recommended! Just make sure that your crab is coming as soon as the other dishes!

👍👍 I didn't taste any different than 40 years ago. I came quite often with my family when I was young. Tenderness and robust flavor all stayed the same for many decades. Line pretty long and longer every time I visit. Full of foreigners. Recommend for taking togo.
