A beautiful hotel, it makes a great impression live 😍 Large and well-equipped rooms. Every day thorough cleaning. Service very nice and always ready to help. The hotel very much cares about the fact that there are no mosquitoes, daily spraying rooms. During our stay mosquitoes were not at all, bravo! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is delicious and a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves. Very good coffee! We are delighted with our stay and we are already planning the next one. Thank you!

This resort is pure magic!! 🤩 everywhere you look there is some form of intricate artwork, it truly transports you to another world. There are so many areas of the resort to enjoy and we recommend the spa too for a relaxing experience. Our room was like a palace and we felt like kings when we walked in there, there’s a foot spa, gigantic bed, private pool access, a big stone bath and everything else you could want or need. Room service food was delicious. This is easily the best hotel we have ever stayed in and it was not expensive. 100% recommend you stay here if you’re visiting the area, you won’t regret it!

Where do I start. My husband and I stayed there for 5 nights a few weeks ago, and we will definitely be back. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with no detail missed. Everywhere you turn, there is something else that catches your eye from the beautiful fountains, to all the mosaic tiling, to the greenery. This place gives you the feeling that you are staying in a temple or palace in the middle of the jungle. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the food was really good, and we enjoyed all three of the pools very much. We stayed in one of the villas, it was huge, nicely decorated, very comfy bed, and we loved the private pool access from our room. We can't wait to visit again!

Words cannot do justice to how amazing this hotel is! Its beauty and design absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. We had a great stay in the pool access room and the staff and service was wonderful- so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good in quality and variety. This was by far our favorite hotel in Thailand.

This hotel is a bit beyond words in terms of its design. EVERYTHING is gaudy and over the top, and not necessarily in a bad way. The pools are incredible, and though the hotel is over 90% booked, it is very quiet and mellow. The location is good if you are ok with tourist towns (if you’re not, you probably won’t be on Phuket in the first place). I mostly recommend it, but definitely get your room upgraded, some of the entry level rooms have some serious issues. The staff are extremely friendly.

The most wonderful hotel. The atmosphere and design are so charming and relaxing. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The gardens and pools are a perfect place to relax. At night, the hotel shines and sparkles with many lights, creating a magical experience. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. Definitely recommended!

We loved our stay here. The environment was gorgeous and it felt like a secret oasis. It is an experience in and of itself. Staff was so kind and greet you as you pass. They were quick with room service. There are tons of outdoor spaces hangout. Picturesque every turn.

What a beautiful resort!! We stayed in the Baray Villa for part of our honeymoon which was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. The staff were so kind and every single person we passed always greeted us with a smile. Service was a little slow, but we were never in a rush. They made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Definitely go to the spa! We had the most incredible experience there and it is so beautiful. The location is great too! an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and right around the corner from great bars and restaurants, even though their restaurant was fantastic too. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend Sawasdee Village to anyone staying near Kata beach.

Sawasdee is truly a magical place. We stayed in their pool suite, so beautiful and refreshing on those hot humid days! This hotel is an architectural masterpiece where gorgeous ornate details occupy every space. The staff are lovely and attentive. The breakfasts offered were great with both Thai and western options. Honestly, you just have to stay here!

I've stayed in many great hotels around the world, this one is the most beautiful! We upgraded from our first room to a larger room in the garden area. The furnishings were just superb, including a very high gold ceiling. There are three pools in total, one reserved for guests of the villa suites. The garden area has paths which light up at night. It has a great restaurant on site, and it's worth paying the $10 pp for the very extensive breakfast, with daily menu changes. Staff were all wonderful. This is a world class resort. Perfect for a special occasion. If I came back to kata, this would be the place I would stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our seven night stay so memorable.

This place is magical. If I would have known how amazing this place was we would have stayed longer than 1 night. Within 10 feet of the entrance the noise of cars and mopeds fades away as you walk into a wonderland. At first we thought it was a very small resort but later learned there were 3 amazing pools. We travel a lot and this is a solid contender for best/coolest place we have ever stayed. Don't make our mistake book 2 nights at a minimum

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and decorative artworks all around. Very peaceful with a free shuttle to the beach every hour but why leave? The pools and facilities are beautiful.

A wonderful hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you can admire the interior forever. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the cleanliness of the room, cleaning every day, there is drinking water, delicious breakfasts, polite and friendly staff, a shuttle every hour to the beach, all shops are close. I recommend this hotel, I will come again.)

Sawasdee Village was a highlight of our Phuket trip. We stayed in a gorgeous, 2 floor villa that had a private pool area leading out from the living room. The ceilings were tall and domed and the details of the room were elegant, and ornate. The service was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. The best part besides the room was the rest of the resort, or “village” itself—it’s mesmerizing to walk through, especially at night, with two main elongated pools with star-like lighting. The landscaping, hammocks, seating, and walkways were magical, and the village surprisingly did not feel crowded at all. There was also a poolside bar. We were a group of 2 couples, and we stayed 4 nights, switching sleeping areas halfway through. The staff transformed the couches into beds, fitting us comfortably. The king bedroom on the top floor was amazing and spacious, with a ginormous bathroom. The breakfast area was really nice, however, the food was very western-oriented. we had a vegetarian and a vegan in the group and options were very low. Same thing with the room service menu. Overall, we can’t recommend this beautiful and unique village enough!!! A true refuge within Phuket with great value and memories.

I LOVE the hotel as soon as I stepped foot in it. It was pretty in the gloomy weather and even prettier when the sun is out. The view is gorgeous at night! The rooms are spacious and breakfast although limited but tastes good. Thanks for the wonderful stay @ Sawasdee Village. ❤️

Stayed for 12 nights and I loved every one of them. The staff are great and the security is vigilant. We didn't have much food from the restaurant but what I did have was nice. The salt water pools and sculptures are out of this world! Would definitely stay again

A beautiful hotel in traditional Thai style. The ambience of the hotel is perfect with Thai decor all around and a pool in the center to top up the beauty. Service is excellent and all hotel staff are polite and respectful and happy to help all time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would love a relaxed getaway.

Love everything about this place. I'm staying in the cabana pool suite, and I absolutely love it. Rooms are big and spacious. Well thought of changing room, shower room (leads to the pool!), everything! The free snacks and coffee were a bonus. Many shops nearby for food and street side shopping. I didn't expect it to be so far from the airport. Hence, didn't factor in that time and took an afternoon flight in. It is best to take a morning flight so the day is not wasted.

Magical🌙 This hotel was simply magical from the aroma, the tranquility and the magical lights at evening time - it was the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at! We stayed in the oasis suit, which was just perfect! The lights, amazing bed, amazing shower and garden area made it the perfect hotel room. The hotel is in a good location which the beach only 10 minutes walk and the shops/restaurants right on the door stop! The staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived! It is a tranquil village in a busier area - magical!

Such a lovely place to stay. The resort is magical and the staff is so friendly as welcoming. We loved our stay!!! The breakfast always delicious each morning. We also had a massage which was the best we have ever had. And once again, the staff goes out of your way to help with anything you may need!!

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in in more than 70 countries. Every corner is social and well maintained. They have special magic night lights that are super lovely. They have different room styles and two swimming pools. The staff is very lovely and everything is done fast. Breakfast is the weak point, but still with a good variety of food. Let them know if you are coming by car, so that they can arrange a parking lot for you as the hotel doesn't have a garage.

Beautiful resort. Had a pool access suite for a very reasonable price. A few issues arose during the stay and they were all dealt with extremely professionally. AC wasn't working and was fixed within an hour. I left items in the room and they contacted me and offered to ship them to me. I also had multiple email correspondences to extend our stay and arrange airport transport and it was extremely easy. 100% would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay here! The people who work here are super friendly! The service was very good. Also very clean! I also recommend the breakfast it’s very good and various options. The hotel is also very beautiful decorated especially in the night with the beautiful light you feel the real Thai athmosphere! If you go to Phuket you need to come here I promise you’ll not regret it! Definitely coming back

They did a great job with this place. Really skirted the line of staying chic without being sleazy. I felt like I was living in paradise. There are tons of cozy hangout areas outside, it's not crowded, the grounds are all luscious greenery and whimsical decorations, and it is soooo relaxing. The staff are great. I went up to reception to ask for a couple wine glasses, and the receptionist said, "sure, red or white?" Within a couple minutes, two grape-appropriate wine glasses showed up in our room. Breakfast buffet is huge, though the food is average. I'd skip the poolside cocktails, they are not great, and I wouldn't expect them to be. But I'd love to come back here some day.

Such a magical hotel! It was such a pleasant surprise that the images actually match up to what the hotel looks like, and was just as beautiful if not more in real life! So much to see and attention to detail all around the hotel. If you really wanted to ,you could just not leave the hotel itself and still have a great trip. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. The buffet had lots of options. Cocktails at the pool bar were great!! As per other reviews mosquitoes are a problem but the hotel provide lotion and nets and are actively trying to make your stay better. Will definitely be back.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, more like a work of art than a hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you and were exceptional in everything. Restaurant/breakfast was great, much better than the usual buffet hotel breakfasts you get in Europe. Only slight downside was that the beach is around a 15 minute walk away, but the hotel provide an hourly shuttle bus service, so all good. Would definitely stay again.

This was my best vacation ever. We stayed in Barray villa for 10 days. Stuff is very friendly and trying to solve all your problems. We got shuttle from the airport and the driver was waiting for us as much as necessary. Check in was easy and fast. Room was cleaned every day. Pool- few times a week. Breakfast was nice and tasty for adults and small child. We got shuttle to and from the beach every hour. The hotel has no parking but when we rented a car the stuff took care to provide a parking place and reminded to change the street side when was necessary. We literally enjoyed every minute in this hotel. We will definitely come again.

Such great experience staying here. They wait you at the entrance when check in with warm welcome and welcome drink as well. Staff is great, friendly and always at your service. Breakfast is tasty with lots of choice and coffee is amazing. Facilities are amazing such as gym, pool, pool bar and many other. They provide free shuttle bus to Kata beach. Place is close to Kata city and night markets. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Everyone is super friendly and respectful. The Village is very safe. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Also, the staff is extremely helpful; they go above and beyond to meet your needs. The theme of the village showcases the country’s culture beautifully. You wont regret your stay at this village. Although everyone is amazing, Bubu helped us so much, she is amazing.

A true hidden gem in Kata Beach! This hotel was amazing!! Everytime we walked in, we told each other how nice everything looked and how peaceful it felt. Every staff member you pass greets you with a smile and it makes you feel welcomed. We had the garden room and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was also there in the room. Breakfast buffet was also very nice with an omelette station as well. Can highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Baray Villas and everything was great. It is a beautiful property centrally situated in the middle of Kata. The rooms were impressive and even more impressive was the staff and service. The breakfast was good and everyone greets you with a big smile. There is also an hourly shuttle service to the Kata beach but you can also do a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in. But even with the amazing pools, stunning rooms, and wonderful art, the best part was the people here. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. If you are considering this location, book now!

Truly an amazing place. This place makes you feel like you are in a water oasis. 360 degrees of water bliss with the most spectacular decorations and architecture. This is a slice of heaven. We travel all around the world and this Hotel & Spa is a rare find. If you want to experience true relaxation in a water oasis, then Sawasdee Village is your only place.

Sawasdee Village was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The decor was so beautiful and the room and pools were so clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and were very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with all sorts of foods and fruits. The location is great with the beach just around the corner and lots of restaurants to choose from just outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

A little piece of paradise! Wonderful and comfortable rooms, top notch service, friendly and most attentive staff. We spent 4 days here with my husband as part of our honeymoon trip and I cannot imagine a better place. Design is breathtaking, especially in the evening. Location, bed comfort, pool - all 10/10. We had a very comfortable, romantic and unforgettable stay. Thank you Sawasdee!

We enjoyed our stay at Sawasdee Village. The staff is very very friendly and does their absolute best to comply to your wishes. Our Oasis room was great, clean, big and confortable. The restaurant is good too (breakfast and lunch / dinner). Definitely a great place to stay when you‘re in the Kata Beach area.

Great & pretty hotel near Kata beach. It's quite a walk but still doable. Pool lits at night and it's super pretty. We stayed at place where you can access pool thorugh balcony, had great privacy and accessibility to the pool. Room and place it self is super pretty and quite amazing. Few cons though, room has bad water/toilet smell, and you can hear your neighbor pretty loudly even the clink sound in the morning made by room cleaners next door.
