Love this place! From the decoration to the food & drinks... all about botanical ingredients from different landscapes of Vietnam. This restaurant is like historical teller of an iconic that everyone knows the name but not everyone knows the stories: BA TRIEU - LADY TRIEU. Feel so proud of our nature & history. A "must try "feminist" concept" in a modern life nowadays.

Highly recommend to order ANANAS. It’s a fruity cocktail with mild taste. We all like it.

A unique bar in the heart of Saigon that is based on Lady Triệu, one of Vietnam’s most influential figure in Vietnam’s history. They are specialised in gin cocktails that are sourced and distilled within Vietnam. Each Lady Triệu’s cocktails has a different taste and story behind them which enhance the unique flavours even more. I would recommend this place if you are new and would like to try something new with the local flavours.

Just had a wonderful dinner at this beautiful bar downtown. Very classy setting, good service and if you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the showmanship as they artfully prepare each cocktail. The food is also surprisingly good, well executed with the right balance of flavours. Plating was also what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Needless to say, we’ll be back.

If you like gin this is an absolute must experience spot in HCMC. Stumbled across this through some Google reviews and popped in on a Monday night to enjoy a few cocktails and dishes. The vibe of the place is completely spot on - great decor, cool location, awesome story behind the gin and the cocktails they create. The chicken wings with fish sauce caramel are the best we've ever had - super crispy and flavorful, while also being juicy! The cocktails they feature are all with the Lady Triêu Gin in the different varieties and they are so tasty - wish I could try them all.

One of the best experience of my life. Everything was perfect. Fresh and tasty food. Very balanced. And our bartender was amazing. Very good recommendations for drinks and also explains the history of the place. Very recommended.

A must visit spot for fusion food & cocktail enthusiast. Their set menu is quite good with variance of Vietnamese travel dish. The cocktail is well curated and crafted by their passionate staff.

Everything is nice here, the drinks, services, decorations and especially the food, I’m in love with the meatball with bánh mì and the octopus, their oysters are also super tasty 👍 they have some nicely weird cocktails are made up on the Lady Trieu stories (one of the female heroine in Vietnamese history ) - which quite impressive!

Extremely love this place! Everything here are inspired by the Vietnamese history of a female leader. The oyster is fanstatic! Especially the drinks have their own story which interesting me a lot. Will be back & recommend for my friends

We had a great dinner at Trieu. Apart from the amazing gin tasting experience, the service was excellent, especially thanks to Mr Kien who is very passionate, friendly and shared with us so many stories of the brand and architecture of the place itself.

This is a really cool gin bar. Cocktails are great. Ordered the coconut spritz (rum base) and Heart of the mountain (gin base). The atmosphere was nice, staff were friendly and made us feel relaxed. Highly recommended! There's a happy hour till 8pm with 50% discount on drinks!

Very fine-dining restaurant, good place for coming with family, friends or lover. Food is superb, chefs are talented and Trieu staff are so nice and kind to customers. Will come back for sure

The friendly staff will take the time to explain the story behind their gin, made from ingredients from key areas of Vietnam. The music is calm and the vibe is perfect to relax. Food was amazing, the bartender Long did every drink with so much attention to detail and told the story of each one and how to drink it. Dinner was great !

Really like The Trieu Institute. I'm so impressed on the concept which has Vietnam traditional vibe. The foods are perfect, especially the oyster is extremely fresh. I could not eat them until I came here. The drinks are also fanstatic with different recipes. Highlyyyyyyyyyyy recommend this place for you guys

Nicely decorated, Vietnamese-themed restaurant and bar. We came on a Wednesday evening to grab some afterwork drinks and there was no one else except our party. We came at happy hour (5-8pm everyday) when all drinks by the glass and oysters/chicken wings were 50% off!! So it was a steal. The drinks are diverse and easy to drink (for a woman who seldomly drinks). The Trieu institute is also home to a "Made In Vietnam" gin brand called Lady Trieu but we did not have the opportunity to try them on. The small bites were tasty too - I especially liked the chicken wings

Good vibe and even better drink. Had "Heart of The Mountain" for the night and got my mind blown away. Even the glass is made with designed detail (ask your bartender). 100% recommended. 🔥🔥🔥 Shout out to Khang and Long for great customer service and hospitality!

Excellent gin bar. A other uber cool cocktail and gin bar, that makes its own gin to. Try the Vietnamese fin flight, it was excellent. Different to the usual botanicals you see. Mekong was my favourite. We bought the take home pack. Try the Cambodiam gin for something different. Gin culture didn't exist here the last time I was here. Food was also excellent particularly the beef ribs and pork chop.

Great cocktails place w many choices of gin, the price is reasonable. The happy hour is very good deal. The bar is huge and mostly high seats so it is not too comfortable for big group. The light is a bit too bright for bar setting.
