Unfortunately it turned out that the barber does not know the measurement units of millimeter and centimeter. After asking for 1.5 centimeters long hair, he did 0.5 centimeters and - after complaining - he showed me his device as a "proof" which had on one side "1 1/2" without unit of measure and ~5 millimeter on the other side (the third of my request). Probably it is even more regrettable that he does not recognise the difference using his "eye level". This could be considered as a funny fact, but well... if you go to the hairdresser you do not expect fun facts as a result. Otherwise they said sorry which is positive at least. (UPDATE: not so positive is their reaction to this comment: on the spot they admitted the mistake; there was no word spoken about 2 cm; simply the barber could not understand the marking on his own tool: since then with some Googling I found that the 1 1/2 mark which he thought to be one and a half cm is related to inches (1/16 inch *3 =~ 5 mm). (I did not want to write any review, but they cancelled my appointment in the application "Treatwell" that was used for the booking AFTER leaving, so I decided to change my mind.)

I would give negative 7 stars if that was possible. I called this barbershop and asked for availability and price. He said €25 and he said we could come as he said that he was available. When we went to this shop, the same barber said that the price was now €35, and I told him I was the person who called and checked that the price was €25 for a haircut only for my 10 year old. I was very surprised why he said one price over the phone and a higher price in person. What this lead me to believe was that based on how you look and your skin color is, your price will be based on that. If you are darker in skin, your price will be much higher. Even with higher price I said Ok as now we were here already, so please cut my kid hair. And to finalized, he was smoking and not working but told us he was not available at that moment (even when he said he was free over the phone) - and he asked us to come tomorrow as today he had no time.

One word can describe Only 1 Barbershop: Excellence! Highly recommend this barbershop to anyone that wants to have the best haircut & shave! This is by far the best barber I have been to in the Netherlands. It is a very unique experience and they treat the customer like a king! Full attention to every single detail, wonderful and modern haircut and precise shaving! I was amazed by Yahia and his team and they have now become my permanent barbershop! Great job guys, thank you for the amazing service you provided me!

Walked in without an appointment, and only waited 5 minutes before receiving a top notch cut and wash. Really great service, very good skin fade! Coffee was good too!
