Simple things like how to stay hydrated (with a bit more sophisticated ways than just water) are never even discussed.

The center service quality depends on the GP, so make sure your assigned GP is a good one. First appointment was bad and useless. Lack of communication from the GP and having only 10 mins to describe anything was not enough while he wasted it on writing notes. My other appointments were with my current assigned GP who is amazing, listens to the details and explains properly. Basically deals with patients as a human being. Doctor Gan is highly recommended

My doctor is really kind; the lady who answers the phone is absolutely impolite . When you are talking to a patient who is already in pain or has complaints the least you can do is be polite when you speak. The clinic is in a expat located area so it’s high time the staff get trained on being polite !!!
