Overall it is a nice and clean place. It gets a little crowded in the evening. My order was also for 2 coffees and I waited 10 minutes.

I just received my order, which I ordered less than 15 minutes ago. It came very quickly, the burger, the fries and the snack (4 pieces of fried cheese) are cold and everything looks undress. I wish I can add a picture here. I'm very disappointed that I am writing this review while heating the food in the microwave.

What I like with this McDo branch is that they know it can very busy and yet they have enough people around not only for food service but also cleaners. Most of the staff take are very friendly and helpful.

Yummy food overall, not the healthiest, a bit dirty everywhere like bathrooms, tables, seats. Have to pay to go to the bathroom. Prices are cheap which is good. Quality isn’t the best when it comes down to food (for the price they give it’s not bad) because 3.50 euros for a burger is a bit fishy. Not bad to go every now and then.

First thing I noticed when I came home were the products missing grom my order (a strawberry-banana smoothie, apple slices in my child's happy meal, and a coffee plus the deposit for a cup). Second one was the fact that the products that I did receive were cold. I tried contacting the local but to no avail. I lost roughly eight euros for nothing.

An awesome experience. After a long day of work, we have decided to have a quick grab before going home. Ordered our meal and it took longer than usual. Everything was fresh and we weren't complaining, but the manager at work apologized and told us to have a seat and that she will be bringing our meal to our table. After two minutes she gave us our meal and told us that after we were done with our meal, we could order anything as compensation. (Hotdrink/dessert) Disclaimer: we weren't complaining at all, but the initiative of this manager made us want to review this outstanding establishment for its class and professionalism. Nice and tasty but The burgers are small than usa

Got breakfast with the family. Food as expected. Staff was very friendly. Error made while bringing order. Fixed and give an extra treat for the kids Only negative point tables were sticky

Service was fast, but we were missing fries and a ketchup and that was resolved quickly. Personally I didn't find it very tasty and enjoyable. I had a BigMac with Chicken Mcnuggets and small fries. Ordinary.

What it's mean? I can not understand, 2 big Mc were like that, for me it's unbelievable. It's looking like you forgot put brood beetwen so the easiest way was to put it next to burger, good job, really.

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The self service poles work badly. The quality is poor. Only plus. Very nice staff. Don't go here!!

A long way away from any other restaurants in The Hague. So very handy to get some food. A lot of screens to order you food on and it gets delivered to your table. Spacy so all though it is busy, still plenty of space to sit.

I should put 0 stars but then it wouldn't let me write a review. Very poor service. Staff that works at night is always doing a mediocre job. I know you are working at a mcdonalds but maybe get your orders correct? honestly, worst place ever! dont go in here if you wanna be served with cold nuggets or soggy fries.

Turned away at door as ‘too busy’, despite plenty of open seating. Was told to go through drive through - not exactly environmentally friendly to sit in a long line of cars with engines running! Took my business elsewhere

MC Donalds croissants is delicious.... But not this one, soft, not brown, not crispy and flaky... How can you give that to someone???

As you can see from the photo, everything was great, no complaints. It also has a drive thru, which is really useful.

Would love to see plugs for charging mobile devices by the tables. Right now it has a room for that which seems to be used the most by the delivery team

Closed like 20 min earlier took a way of around 30 min to just get some cheeseburgers shame it on you

as a food deliverer. every day i am losing a couple of hours just waiting. i am losing money and time and nobody helps and nobody cares!!! so disappointed!!! all lazy amateurs except the Indian man. onoy he helps me every time! others all lazy

My son is 13 years old ( just turned)did not have vaccine. Okay I can understand not to take them in but his friends get his food from inside and went out all.but the manager had come and said that they can not even sit outside because my son did not have vaccination. It is allowed to sit outside if you are vaccinated or not. I definitely will complain about them.

It is very crowded and it takes some time to wait for the food, but the taste is still good, there is a car park and you can also pick up the food without getting out of the car.

MC nuggets were already cold as we got them and the quarter pounder was so fat and slippery that I could not hold it in my hand with ease. Big Mac and the milkshake were perfect and so were the French fries.

We had a Sunday lunch with my daughter and her friend. The staff were very friendly and even got a free softijs!

Very long waiting queue after a beach trip. It was a nice sunday round about 17.00 o clock. We just wanted to get something to eat fast and thought Mc Donalds from time to time is OK. Parking lot was full, and also the drive in and the self order service displays where you order your meals. It took round about 45 Minutes in total before we could eat… i would suggest you look at the parking lot if it’s full and the drive in also… then turn around and search for the next Mc Donalds or other fast food restaurants along the way. In the direction of the speedway to Germany there have been a lot more at least 2 before the speedway. Enjoy your meal. 😉💕✌🏼
