One of THE WORST embassy IN THE WORLD their employees are so bad behaved that there is no word for it. Iam seriously wondering if they are even educated to be working there. It feels like they was living in a farm and they got transferred to the embassy to work.

Called 100 times already, it’s been 2 days, nobody answering, worst embassy ever, go to Bruxelles, this one is inactive !!!

Bad communication always have to wait a lot. apparently they don't even have an email address for every department. so calling is the only option with waiting times for 30 minutes mostly. Bad opening hours. only 4 hours open?

Very disrespectful and arrogant on the phone. Very sad that this is the level of service at the embassy, they suppose to work for us!! You guys do not represent Iraq. We represent Iraq!

Today I was there with my father, I have to be honest the staf are very respectful and our problems are solved :)

The worst ever I can make an appointment with the embassy because the phone numbers didn't work I hope from the Ministry off foreign affairs see the reviews and make a solution to Iraqis people
