I came to this spa for a facial and was decently pleased with the work and products, the lady that worked on me was wonderful as well, but the next day I woke up covered in little bumps from my waist up. They ask you to go topless in some sheets to receive the treatment so I can only assume their sheets were either dirty or that they use some harmful chemicals to wash them. I went back to show them my skin that day and they simply claimed that it had nothing to do with them and they could do nothing for me, almost showing me out to be able to care for their next clients. Poor customer service in this situation. I was also surprised that when booking they don’t mention that first appointments necessitate a skin exam for which they charge an extra 30e. I won’t be returning, the bumps stayed for a good 10 days-2 weeks.

This ASPA is a great Spa for skin problems, for beauty and for relaxing. The first time I booked a facial the owner Azra did a skin analysis and she made a personal plan for me. My skin really improved a lot. They have several nice products in house. The one I really love is their own brand which is called AZRA (Just like the owner Azra). I visited ASPA before for a massage. That was great too. Highly recommended. The best Spa, great service! High expertise and top products.

If you looking for a place that you can feel comfortable and get to know more about your skin and your skin care routine then for sure you must visit Aspa Den Haag , Azra the owner is a very charismatic talented and she knows exactly what she’s doing and what’s best for you , her products also is a must try !!

3 stars because I think there is some room for improvement. Went there first for a pedicure. The lady who did it was wonderful, she worked clean and professional. I was on time for my appointment and the lady who did my pedicure started on time. I had the feeling thouh that the owner felt as if she was running behind on schedule which resulted in the fact that I wasnt allowed to pick the nail polish color I wanted. She rushed me into it, which doesnt feel noce when you there to get pampered and take your time. Afterwards I had a massage from a lovely lady, but unfortunately she was being sick which is off course not nice... Not for her and not for the one receiving the massage. That said: very lovely staff for the rest, beautiful salon. The pedicure was done very well and also the massage was relaxing, with the personal oils etc.

I have done numerous treatments/sessions with ASPA Beauty and I have gotten observable results. They are experts in their field and will really help you achieve your goals.

I know the owner many years but have not been into her Salon. I had a manicure and Pedi. Paila did an excellent job. Felt at ease. Friendly good energy environment. I highly recommend paying a visit. They are strict with cleanliness. I will return.

Unfortunately did not enjoy my experience here, Azra is rather rude, i went in few months ago as i was paying, i was pressured to buy her skincare line, the products aren’t that good especially not for the price. Very disappointed on how she speaks to her employee, this salon has thin walls and i could hear everything through the bathroom. Not professional

Besides a high level of hygiene and a friendly atmosphere in the salon, Azra is a great professional in her job and finds a suitable to skin treatment/solution rather than a general facial. Very happy so far!

I have been going to Azra for many years now and I can only recommend it, whether your goals are more short- or longterm. Besides being a lovely and caring person, Azra is very professional and has a holistic approach. She has accompanied me through the ups and downs of my skin health and has always adjusted the treatments exactly to what my skin needs on that day. She continues to offer helpful advice without pressuring. I also really recommend her products, especially the all clean balm. I have been using it for a while now and haven’t found a similar product, it leaves my skin feeling really good.

Among all the salons and all the shops, ASPA is the only one in The Hague that will recommend a foolproof perfect lip color. No trying six colors on the back of your hand--Azra *knows*. It was a great choice (I bought two), and I recommend it for you or as a present for a friend. Winter is coming, we need help!

After seeing Azra at ASPA, I will NEVER go to another spa for a facial. My skin had gotten substantially worse for the past year and not only did Azra do a great treatment, she sat down with me for at least half an hour to discuss my skin care routine, lifestyle, supplements/eating habits, etc. in order to determine the best course of treatment for my unique skin concerns. Beauty technicians claim to customize treatment, but Azra really goes above and beyond this idea so you can properly take care of your skin at home, not just one-off in her spa. She loves what she does and really knows her stuff, you will not be disappointed going to ASPA!

Highly recommended as they are professionals in what they do. I had some acne problems with my face which are now almost completely gone thanks to the advices and treatments from Azra. I would also like to mention the meticulous hygiene inside the salon and that they keep track of your progress in a dedicated file. Skin care products are of high quality but what you will love the most is the friendly attitude of Azra and the rest of the personnel.

Azra and her team are amazing. They really know what they are doing when it comes to facials and lazer hair removal. You wouldn't regret treating yourself.

I had one facial treatment that was done by Azra. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job on my face also gave tips on how to improve my skincare routine. They use natural products that I found very effective on my skin. Haven’t been there in a while but looking forward to scheduling another appointment.

I had my first appontment with Azra and I have done skin scan to get to know in which stage is my skin. It gave me quite some insights, however I was hoping that the report will be printed out for me or send by email. Now I only hope I will remember what was the outcome ;) I also understood from the description of this procedure, that some protecting layer of „Jane’ s PurePressed Base Mineral Foundation” would be applied on my skin-this did nit happen though. Further, Azra gave me some rutine tips for handling my skin ,but the same time rushed to another client which for me was a bit of a shame. It did not give me time to think about suggested products… I would suggest to book always a bit more time to give clients sense of being helped and attended to without time preassure;) Hope this will help to improve client service for the future:)

It is sad you cannot give extra stars for very specific service.... the quality of the treatments ( whether manicure, pedicure, facial), the quality of the products (serum, creme, makeup, manicure or pedicure materials) are unbeatable... I have to travel 150 km for a visit, but i try to come every month... After two years, not living in The Hague anymore I still didn't find a beauty parlor even close what you can get from Paola and Azra... A salon, which really makes a difference... not once, but each and every occasion you visit...
