Called the practice at 11:00 and had an appointment for my dog to receive his worming treatment for 13:45. The receptionist was fantastic and booked us in with no fuss. The vet was wonderful with Lewie as he's a very nervous dog but she put him at ease and dispensed the tablet with no trouble. Thank you for such great service and customer care towards myself and Lewie.

REALLY DISAPPOINTING! Already 6 years a client of this clinic, still since the time when Dr. Tor was the owner, and the only one time I need an emergency for my dog, they refuse to give me a spot in the NEXT 3 DAYS!! Furthermore, the dog was already examined by the clinic for the same some time earlier, and they say "OH, THERE IS NOTHING", but YOU SEE - THERE IS!! They took the money but they refuse to do their job or make a second appointment! Instead, they try to redirect me to a twice more expensive clinic, where nobody knows my dog! Unbelievable!! The new owners are SUPER UNRELIABLE!! Since now on - NOT A CLIENT ANYMORE!!!

Totally not professional at least in my visit with my cat. I paid 151 euro for only a consult and anti infection medicine. I didn't got a real answer about what was going on with his paw, the vet only took less than 10 min and I didn't got good instructions about how to give the medicine they just told me the next day to stop giving it because he puked. When I arrived the vet was talking on the phone and make us wait for a long time. Now that I went to my veterary from always near my house I got good instructions about how to give him the same medicine without even asking and made x-ray and gave me a good answer of what was going on. And the total was less than that I paid in Clinic Thorbeckelaan. So conclusion is that I won't go ever again to this veterinary and what I paidat Clinic Thorbeckelaan was totally for nothing!

Called the number listed on GMaps and made an appointment. (After I was initially told that they do not make appointments by email.) Went for appoitment, but was initially told that there is no trace of our info and appointment. Then, they found that the appointment was actually for a location in Delft. (If the phone number on GMaps is wrong, it is their job to set it right.) Also, the appointment was clearly only for vaccines; nevertheless, passports (which we did not ask for) were also made and charged :-(. Obviously, never going back there.

First experience was very good. We went for the vaccinations and the vet (Nicole) was great with the cats. Today they're off to get a dental procedure.. hope that will go just as well

Not only SUPER UNRELIABLE, but also DARE TO LIE!!! Earlier today I had a negative review, after 6 years of loyal client! And in their reply they DARE TO LIE!! They say: "We offered you to make an appointment for tomorrow, however, you were not able to come." - THIS IS NOT TRUE! They offered me a time which does NOT fit me, because I am at work! They asked me to leave the dog, but the dog feels real pain and wont let anybody touch him, and is super scared of vets - they know it perfectly! So they offered me something which COMPLETELY DOES NOT WORK! I have suggested another time slot, a huger time slot when I can come, but they rejected. They couldn't find a time in the next few days, and it makes the dog suffer about a week!! Was that the story, dear Dierenlkliniek?!? You have treated the dog for absolutely the same, and you said: "There is nothing.", but unfortunately it even cannot walk!! Was that so, dear Dierenkliniek?!? KEEP LYING IN YOUR REPLIES!!! Dr. Tor has NEVER done this, but since you are Caressa - just see your reviews!! I am done with you! I hope soon more people can see what for crooks you are!! But anyway, keep lying - someone may believe you.
