We
came
here
for
a
celebratory
weekend
which
was
planned
months
ago.
Family
arrived
from
Johannesburg,
Port
Elizabeth,
USA
and
Dubai.
It
must
be
noted
that
my
aunts
unit
was
paid
months
ago
and
had
proof
of
her
booking.
Upon
arrival,
her
unit
was
given
away
for
another
family.
The
plan
was
for
our
entire
family
to
be
together
for
a
weekend.
We
booked
three
units.
Upon
being
made
aware
of
the
double
booking,
the
staff
was
not
at
all
being
helpful.
The
staff
made
the
suggestion
that
my
aunts
family
of
4
is
to
share
a
unit
with
another
family
of
4
-
a
UNIT
FOR
FOUR
PEOPLE
TO
BE
SHARED
BY
EIGHT
PEOPLE????
How
is
that
fair
at
all?
The
staff
further
noted
that
they
will
come
up
with
a
solution
at
5pm.
Take
note,
everyone
arrived
at
2pm.
It
is
18:30pm
and
still,
no
solutions!
A
manager
proceeded
to
come
to
the
villa
of
my
family
(Daddy's
Villa)
with
the
suggestion
that
my
aunts
family
is
to
move
opposite
the
road
to
South
Hill.
How
can
our
entire
family
weekend
be
ruined
by
having
our
family
move
to
a
different
BnB
opposite
the
road
AND
they
had
booked
MONTHS
AGO
WITH
PROOF
OF
BOOKING
AND
PAYMENT,
AND
A
CONFIRMATION
IN
THE
WEEK!
The
treatment
has
been
appalling!!!
THIS
WAS
BOOKED
MONTHS
AGO!
My
aunts
family
flew
in
from
JHB!
The
experience
with
the
staff
has
been
horrific.
Anyway,
that
is
all
from
me.
