Affordable, well stocked and excellent services on shopping

Too long queues and not enough variety in the store. Sometimes you may need to drop some of the items to remain with just so you may take advantage of express checkout which does not serve customers with more than two items, not even three. Prices are fairly competitive but that should never be reason to expect customers to put up with terrible customer service.

It's well located in the the CBD of Thika town. The staff is friendly and helpful.Their prices are reasonable. Transport for those who need it is available at the door.

Kassmatt has maintained good standards many years into the market. Their customer relation is commendable and their shelves arrangement is orderly - not to mention the kassmatt bread (it's the best!).

small,crowded,packed, the queues .... don't be in a hurry but prices are fair. thika peeps love this place could be because its accessible from the road easily and also you can get goods packaged in smaller quantities like 1/2kgs or so

Those admin who open machines with their passwords (fingers) akhi madharau, mtu anaitwa na Cashier anajipea shughuli while their is a big line there waiting to be attended.. Anyway you should check on that coz it's not the 1st time to see that.
