    Great ambience and food. Especially the pepper steak with creamy mushroom. Loved the sirloin too.However service takes too long. And the wine is not filled to the standard level. Tooooo little.

    This has always been one of our most favorite spots for years within Nairobi's CBD. Courtesy greets you right at the door. A fancy and serene place, state of the art decor, amazing service, super great meals and soft music playing in the background. A very beautiful place to spend a quiet evening. 😍😍 This particular day we had their sizzling sirloin steak with rice and French 🍟 but we have tried almost all their special dishes and have never been disappointed.

    Poor service. Food took over 45min to arrive yet we were told it takes 15. Waitress had a horrible attitude to attendence. Complained to management, they didnt even bring her to apologize for her unprofessional behavior. The meat we ordered were low grade and my bhajias were hard rocks. Not sure will be returning again. I usually give very good ratings but so much was left to be desired here.

    The food portions, at least what I ordered for (chips (French fries) & chicken), aren't anything to sing home about. At Keats for that price, that food was too little. Their service is OK, but slow. Plus the waiters seemed to be getting orders confused. Generally, it's an OK place... 🤷🏽‍♀️

    The customer service was pathetic we had to go call the waiter ourselves yet she was just sitted. The food is not seasoned and they don't offer it as indicated on the menu.
