One of the famous pagoda in Yangon. By the undetermined history, pagoda was built when 8 year after Gautama Buddha' enlightenment. A sacred hair of Buddha was housed inside the pagoda.Height of pagoda is 204.4 feet and base circle diameter is 358 feet.( According to the stone letter )

The Kyaik Kasan Pagoda is a historical pagoda ,is an interesting religious site because there are 16 hairs of Buddha and other relics preserved. Pray for all.
