One of my favourite cafes in Melbourne! This place is a must go. I get asked a lot where should I go for brunch if I’m in Melbourne? And a cafe which is always on the list is Mary Miller. I love the cafe vibe, the food is great. I’m a personal trainer, I do like keep pretty healthy and something I really appreciate Mary Miller is they don’t cover everything in oil especially the sides. The mushrooms, spinach, kale, tomatoes all manage to keep a fresh taste and presentation whilst being delicious. The menu has something for everyone, the cafe is bright and vibrant. I love it

I've had brunch here twice now. The first time I had the pork eggs benedict. I remarked to my significant other that this is up there with how I would make it if I could be bothered to make it at home. Which I can't. The base layer is crispy hash browns, pulled pork, eggs, delicious hollandaise. Something refreshing was a salad on the side, it had maybe a lebanese twist to it. Fantastic. The second time I had the chili egg scramble. Also delicious and packs a little punch! If you can handle a little spice wrap your laughing gear around these sensational dishes. The second time my friend also asked the friendly server if he could make the milkshake a thickshake. This wasn't normally what they do so he said he would try his best. My friend is always very critical of thickshakes, he's a bit of a shake snob to be honest. He knows what he likes. After his first sip I looked up at him and asked how it was, fully expecting him to say something not positive. He uttered the words "This is remarkable" which is such a rare occurrence. I can't believe it. You should consider putting thickshakes on the menu. Great job. Great food and friendly staff. I'll be back here lots!

Hot dang, Dirk and I just found our new favourite breakfast spot. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty. Dirk had just returned from his annual holiday to Bonnie Doon so it was great to catch up over breakfast. We both had the chilli scrambled eggs and the presentation and flavour were both absolutely divine. I had a milkshake and asked if it could be made into a thickshake, not only were the staff ready to take on this challenge they went above and beyond. The thickshake was sublime. Thick and Chocolately, just yummo! Thank you Mary Miller your café is my favourite.

I ordered the pulled pork benny with hash browns @ $25. I was expecting something special. Large it was not ! Special it was not! Two McDonalds’ hash browns (not home-made) a smear of flavour-less pulled pork on top of hash browns and two vinegar poached eggs with a drizzle of hollandaise sauce. A side salad consisted of sparingly scattered greens to cover the side of the plate. Very disappointed with this. Not a return to cafe for me. No imagination in food preparation and presentation and over-priced by half for what I received There are many more quality cafes offering a totally better experience. I’ll find those

Mary Miller has recently moved to a new location. The venue is great and well-styled. The coffee, it was top notch! Very good service along with well presented dishes and great flavours.

Quiet lunch which was great for my catch up. Staff lovely, I ordered a plain mex meal but taste very good other meals looked vibrant so much better next time will try zucchini fritters or hot breakfast, choc milkshake delish. Will be back with pets next time too. Pet friendly 💜

Stiff competition for the title of best cafe in an area with some fabulous ones, but Mary Miller wins for me with some of the most delicious, flavorful food on offer. Particularly big fan of the chicken curry which can rival some of the best Sri Lankan restaurants in the city, as well as the excellent pork benedict. Warm service and consistently great coffee are a bonus!

Booked for a Sunday breakfast. Great selection of food, I went for the traditional bacon and scrambed eggs, my partner had the miso smashed avo and the kids had Bacon and eggs (poached). Everything was perfectly cooked, food arrived quickly and service was excellent. Kids enjoyed the marshmellows in their hot chocolate. Would definitely come back.

The food was really good. I especially appreciated not needing a steak knife or chainsaw for the toasted sourdough, which is something I usually gind annoying at cafes! The cafe was a tad noisy, so if you're hard of hearing or have sensory issues, this may affect you. Staff were very nice.

I know this is a popular place but it wasn't quite my vibe. The coffee and eggs were very good but, like a lot of modern cafés, they only served the eggs on sourdough which I struggle with! Very pleasant open atmosphere. I loved their cups!!

Delicious! Can recommend the pulled pork Benedict with chilli oil. Best hollindaise I've tasted in Melbourne so far👌

I really loved the 🌭 Sausage Rolls, 🫐🥩 Blueberry Brisket Petite Loaf, and 🥧 Beef Pie, especially after I rebake it a little. But my favorites were definitely the SWEETS 🤤😍. The scones were so good with cream and jam, and the 🤎🍰 Sticky Date Cakes were to die for!

The batch brew (coffee) I ordered was weak and lukewarm, I asked for another one, the 2nd one was still lukewarm and I was told that's how they serve it. They took it off the bill which was nice of them, only to add a 15% surcharge for a long weekend ON A SATURDAY. Food was OK, nothing special.

Really good food and service. Monday morning so it’s pretty quiet, not a lot of atmosphere. Maybe they could do a bit more with the decor, it feels a bit sparse. Definitely recommended and will be back. 👍🏼

Party of 18 today, food enjoyed by all, coffee, tea and juice okay. One issue when splitting the bill the staff member over charged 3 of us, 2 recouped $$ when I highlighed after waiting politely until the end of finalizing our bill that I have been overcharged approx $25, the response was someone must not have paid, not so. Recommend to check and re check your bill before paying.

Mary Miller was a cute little cafe in Brunswick serving brunch meals. We ordered the bibimbap vegan bowl and crab meat scramble, and of course, coffee. Coffee was great! And so was the bibimbap - loved the variety of fresh vegetables and generous flavourful bibimbap sauce. The crab meat scramble although presented very nicely, could do with more crab meat, and the croissant it came with tasted old as it was very chewy and not flaky at all. Service was friendly, ambiance was pretty cosy.

Very friendly staff and the meals look fantastic. We ordered the filter coffee an oat latte, the shaksukka and the fritter stack. The oat latte was excellent and the fritter stack was good. The shaksukka was a bit disappointing. Couldn't taste any spices at all so it just tasted like chickpeas in passata. The atmosphere was bright and relaxing .

Love Mary Miller! Special mention to their Breakfast Brulee, which is unlike anything I've seen at another cafe in Melbs!

Very good service. The girls were all very friendly and did not have us waiting for a long time to be served. The food was good too. We enjoyed our stay.

We were invited to a beautiful brunch at Mary Miller Cafe over the weekend. Just look how beautifully their dishes are presented and they tasted so delicious! We had the: 1. Shakshuka baked eggs - rich, comforting tomato spiced sauce, runny poached eggs, hazelnut dukkah, soujouk and labneh toast. Comfort food at its maximum. 2. Hot chicken sando with pulled roast chicken, fried egg, Harvati cheese, tomato, snow pea tendrils, rocket and onion with a side of chips - So filling and satisfying 3. Waffles with ice cream - this was very well-balanced, not overly sweet but chocolatey, creamy, tangy from the raspberries - very indulgent and beautiful. The service was so friendly and the interior is newly renovated and very inviting. Highly recommended! Thank you Mary Miller Cafe for the feed 🙏🏻
