This is the BEST shoe shop in Melbourne, not only did I get a great pair of runners for a terrific price, I also received the best customer service EVER!! Jack (the young man with blond hair) knows everything there is to know about shoes and feet. He also provided great customer service in a cheerful and assertive manner! The only problem I had is that the store should be called Runners Paradise, because I (a runner) was in paradise.

HIGHLY recommend Runners World! I went in looking for a pair of trainers, Neil was SO helpful and incredibly knowledgeable ! I walked out with the most comfortable pair of runners i have ever owned and he was able to assess my feet by looking at the way i stand, and asking me a couple of questions- INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Loved the experience and cant wait to bring my partner in to get him sorted too! Also tried on the most comfy thongs and sandals i have ever put on- cant wait to come back for some- and what an awesome gift for our loved ones those thongs make aswell! Thank you team at runners world, you are truly amazing! I wont be going anywhere else for runners or thongs again, why would I when the service, knowledge and products are far superior to any other I’ve experienced- why would anyone?

Excellent, great customer service from Neil. He is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I have very small, narrow, and different-sized feet, but managed to get exactly the shoes I needed. All the best running shoes I've gotten - for road running, long distance, and trail - have been from this store. If you are an avid runner and are looking for proper shoes, not fashion items, this is the right store. Pricing is very reasonable as well, in my opinion.

Excellent! It makes a huge difference when you have an expert help you fit. My son tried every brand before deciding which was best for him - you can’t do that online. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Good old fashioned product knowledge and customer service! Neil was a fount of wisdom in my search for new runners, taking my old ones in hand and being able to advise at one glance what I needed. Their range is excellent and prices competitive. Don’t go here to get the benefit of the knowledge and service and then buy online. Keep local shops alive! We wouldn’t have places like this, with such dedicated support and wise advice, otherwise. As long as Runners World is here, I’ll never go anywhere else. So glad to have discovered it!

Great range of all the best running shoes including spikes which is great because not many retailers carry spikes. The store is really called Runners World for all the right reasons, and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love supporting local retailers that are set up purely for running and runners, make sure you do to so they don’t go away!

Neil was super helpful in helping me choose a shoe that was good for my feet! I have flat feet, arthritis, and a bunion. He helped me try on many different shoes, let me run in them, and gave me his expert advice. They were on sale too which helped! These are much better than my last pair of runners.

Took my son to buy his first spike runners today. Walk out extremely happy. Customer service was fantastic. Gentlemen was so lovely and helpful. Definitely be back with other kids. Need more people like that in retail business. 5 stars ⭐️ is not enough. Thank you for making our day.

Ordered a pair of spikes but I didn’t recieve any tracking number and when I asked them for it, they didn’t gave me one and they sent the wrong shoes!!! They said that they apoligize and then they did nothing!!! Sent them more than 10 emails and no answer! They just left me with a pair of shoes that I didnt order and I had to even pay 60$ customs for a shoe I didnt even order!! I have written several mails to them but they just leave me on open, talk about bad customer service. All I am left with is -250$ and I pair of shoes I dont even want and cant even sell.

Small shop with massive stocks compare to TRC who has nearly no stock. Shop owner is extra helpful and talented athletes who will guide you the best. Leave it with him to get the right shoes for you

The shop owner honed in on a perfect pair of shoes for my feet like a hawk to a mouse. Never had such careful and professional attention for fitting my runners. Old school style of service - loved it.
