Fantastic experience on a busy boxing day sale. I wanted to buy under armour shoes and was looking for some good deal. Luckily I managed to get it at rebel on boxing day. The sales rep Kelvin was very friendly and spent time in ensuring we were happy with the shoes we were buying. He also offered us to trial other brands so we had no doubts for the purchase we were doing. Would highly recommend this store

The staff were so helpful, even holding onto all my other shopping while I went and got an aldi trolley for my mini haul.

I came into Rebel Sport needing help with my Garmin watch. Nick approached very quickly and was very helpful. Second to this, Steph was able to assist and go above and beyond to ensure that my watch was fixed and usable again. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and experience. Kudos!

Well laid out store but light on staff, it appeared there were only two people on at the time, including the person at the register. I had to leave and call them later for assistance. They were friendly to deal with over the phone.

The assistant manager at the counter named candice was very rude, impolite and mean. I asked about speed robe, she made fun of my height. She also said I ask silly questions while asked the length and price of a product.

Great customer service. Was assisted picking out a pair of ASICS runners, the staff member who helped me was educated and friendly, he was a great help. The other staff member on the register was also very helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to be served by him this afternoon.

worst experience at dandenong store ,price tagged different on the item $45 they charges us $50 for the product ,we talk to them about that why did you charge us extra then other staff member said this is our own price and she show us tag on the other side there was $44.95 then they she said sorry and return $5 back to our card.

Great store. But Specifically this Karen worker, not on the whole store told me that I can’t test the 3kg weight as it has dropped on someone’s toe and broken their toe. What lies, if someone has sustained an injury rebel would’ve gotten many sanctions.

I went into the store today asking Candace and I think the guys name was Barry if they had tennis racket covers and Candace replied that they only have the expensive ones and they both (Candace and Barry) directed me to Knox store without even looking. They both said they don't have any cheaper options in store. Thanks to my gut feeling to have a look and I found one for $20, surprise lol. When I got to the register to pay, I told the blonde lady with glasses that they do have them and what happened, she told me I didn't understand or didn't hear that they do have them in stock. That was insulting my hearing and my intelegance. They were to lazy to have a look and they weren't busy. They were standing around the register and talking. Very poor customer service, very disappointed they treat customers like that.

Had a super delightful experience with Matt from this store! Not only was he well versed with his product knowledge about treadmills, but he also took the time to go out of his way to assist us with loading the heavy machine into our vehicle.
