Coach Kru and his wife Coach Ally are driven to create the best possible experience for you and ease your way into the martial art. All are welcome, from beginners to pros, you get into a class with everyone and train with everyone. For the advanced athletes, you get more specific training to ensure that you get the best bang for your buck, but Coach Kru trains everyone to get to this stage and the way he does it is seamless. While creating confidence in your abilities, the students train each other to get better and improve every class. There is no excuse for mediocrity, "NO SLACKNESS" as Coach Kru says, it is only you and your ability to push yourself every class. Coach Ally supplements the fighters needs of strength and conditioning, she is merciless and will definitely push you to your limits while giving you the required burn you need. Together they create an absolutely strong family environment for anyone willing to undergo training to become a better fighter as families who train together stay stronger together. The gym also sells all your muay thai gear needs, having all the best equipment you need to support your fighting needs. It really is an one stop shop for an amazing experience. Try a couple classes, and you'll see exactly what I mean. Like my review after going through the Muay Thai Niagara experience so other people know that you had a great one!

This is the best gym I've ever had the privilege of joining. The coaches are very experienced and give great advice, correcting your form when required and helping you understand the theory of the techniques. The community who trains there are very friendly and there's a great culture of helping other people out, so regardless of skill level, everyone fits in. Whatever your goals are -- be it mastering the art of Muay Thai or just getting a quick workout a few times per week, there is no better place to train than MTN!

Incredible gym. The coaches are able to work with any individual based on their goals. Wether you are a recreationally going to keep in shape, or training to compete, the Kru and coaches will take you to the next level. The environment is very supportive, and very new-person friendly. The gym is beautiful with quality up-to-date equipment.

I’ve been involved in martial arts in one form or another for 29 years including a short amateur mma career so when searching for a gym to send my 6 year old I had high expectations. The facility is up to date, clean and spacious and Class sizes are very manageable with lots of training times and options. As a former coach I know how difficult it can be and that coaching is an art all in itself. Muay Thai coaches Kru and Mark are top notch! They pay close attention to individual needs and development and are meticulous yet patient while teaching proper technique and form. Additionally they teach and reinforce important values such as team work, empathy, perseverance, integrity and self control. I would recommend Muay Thai Niagara to anyone looking for a kids martial arts program as well as a great/fun place for adults to get in shape or further develop their fight skills

I was a member at the club for over 8 years. Muay Thai has been a very important part of my life over that time and I have MTN to thank for that. The gym has a welcoming attitude and provides a structured workout for all members, regardless of their skill level. Kru Roger and the other coaches take pride in what they do and care for their members. Over the years, I have made some great friends and connections and even though I no longer live in the area, I look forward to training there when I come back to visit.

Coach Randi has been working with me in the prenatal fitness class for the past few weeks. Her knowledge has astounded me and the diversity of her experience and education is awesome! I'm learning so much about prenatal fitness and the general changes our bodies go through and i know i'll be thankful for this as my pregnancy progresses. Randi is super easy to talk to and makes our sessions fun every time. I would highly recommend anyone interested in fitness to connect with Randi. Her pre- and post natal classes are my personal choice but she does so much including one on one kickboxing and group classes.

MTN is Niagara's best Muay Thai facility. They have developed a kids program that teaches hard work, discipline and respect. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend!!!

😠 I was a member at this gym for years. I never missed a payment. The pandemic hit and for some reason they stopped drawing payments from my account. I am not sure why, I assumed because the gym wasn't open they were not charging their customers. They never communicated anything to me so I was una...

😠 This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to, even before the Fit4Less opened. They never have working hot water, good luck if you want a shower after your workout (when I called to ask about it I was mocked). Also as many others say, it is impossible to cancel your membership. I’ve had my one year contr...

😠 I just wanted to try out reformer pilates but the process was so difficult. They want you to take a 5 week intro but it is impossible to book in as all time are always full. 😠 On December 20, 2021 at around 4pm the girl at the counter for customer service was very rude and disrespectful!
