New ownership: This gem is tucked on Drummond. I’ve heard a lot about this place and finally tried it last night. It met all our expectations. Amazing food and the service was top notch. Ordered last minute and they offered to serve. Our order was all hot and fresh. Am usually a picky eater but trust me I loved the food. It was delicious. Having tried only Chicken dishes I can definitely vouch for them.. Highly recommend..

Our first time ordering was a true delight. Each dish was flavorful and a pleasing to the eyes. Delivery was prompt and delivery person was very kind and sweet. Price was perfect for our large family. We will definitely be ordering with them again.😁👍

We've had takeout from Phongs Court multiple times and it's always been amazing! They've even adjusted specific menu items for us in the past to make things vegetarian. Kind people, good food, not much more you can ask for! 👏

We were staying at a Hotel on the Canadian side and really wanted some Chinese food. There was nothing close to the hotel with decent reviews but here was Phong's with delivery service. We called, very nice over the phone and said it would be 30-45 minutes for delivery. They delivered on the dot and we were very happy. They included plates for sharing and all of the utensils to make life easy. As for the food, my pineapple fried rice (Hot) was just what I needed. We also ordered some orange and generals chicken. The two that had those had a hard time telling which was which but the veggies were fresh and overall good taste. Not everyone loved the egg rolls, but I had no trouble eating the extras lol. Overall, this was a great option if you are looking for some decent Chinese food delivered to your room in the Niagra falls area.

I wish I could have left a 7 stars review. The food tasted great, not salty or lacking taste. Didn’t find it as greasy as typical Chinese food. We tried the Beef & broccoli, Shanghi noodles (all meat) & house fried rice. Pricing was very reasonable, average cost per person approximately $12.

I’m sorry, but the satay beef did not meet expectations as it did not taste like satay at all. There’s no trace of any peanut sauce in there, which what satay should taste like. Their satay beef is simply beef stir fried with veggies in soy sauce. Tasteless. The chicken balls were even more disappointing. I thought they’re like meatballs made of chicken, but turned out to be big chunks of chicken covered with dough and fried. Bland, not good at all. Anyone who thinks this is good Chinese food has not tried real Chinese food. Not sure how they got 4+ stars.

We were so impressed with our food. It was fresh, not overly salty which Chinese food generally is salty. The vegetables were crunchy not cooked to death…..it was delicious….. this is definitely going to be the place we get our Chinese food….

Let’s be honest All those people saying the delicious fake items are just to attract people that easily to get price scam…. You just don’t know much the fake delicious stuff you read and see I couldn’t believe it how much truly lies those commenters are… The Delicious things are just the price only for cheapest people that has been being rip off at all the time. Just to be heads up no one likes delicious fake stuff

I arrived to Canada the same day and was craving Chinese food. Luckily, this place was open (many restaurants in the area close by 9 pm). The inside wasn't much, which is fine since many carry out places are like that. However, the food was very mediocre. Everything tasted and looked similar, whether it be the fish or the chicken. It was all pretty bland and some containers had more vegetables than meat. The fried shrimp was also disappointing and lacked flavor. If you're hungry after 9 pm, just stop at the nearby Walmart or Costco and pick something up. Also to mention it was pretty expensive.

We looked at the reviews here before ordering. Mostly glowing reviews raving about how good the food is. The food is awful. Almost no flavour. The dishes are barely discernible from each other. Chicken is chewy. The noodles are chewy like they've been left out for ages before being delivered to us (and delivery was fast so it wasn't that). It's basically inedible. My son, whose favourite food is noodles, ate three tiny noodles and refused to eat anything more. We're all still hungry and the food is going in the garbage. It's hard to believe that the food we got is from the same restaurant so many people here seem to love. But it is.

This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant in Niagara Falls. The food is always delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Worst “Chinese” food I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s a disgrace to even call this Chinese food… it was supposed to be general Tsos chicken, vegetable lo mein, and beef and broccoli.

Amazing takeout, after losing our favourite Chinese food spot in Chippawa, we discovered this takeout spot on Drummond Road. They have a great menu. Their special house fried rice has beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp (highly recommended!).

I've eaten here a couple times. The non-deep fried dishes are always a little undercooked for my taste and the deep fried dishes a touch greasy. Still, I've had much worse and the service is fast and polite.

Food tastes great. However quantity of meats is where it lacked. More specifically, there was not enough shrimp (3 pieces) in our rice dish in my opinion. It was still delicious and will be back.

What a mess me and husband both ordered combos it was our first time eatting there. Wow just disappointing everything was mushy you couldn't even eat the rice. Both our orders even tho we ordered different items both came with meat veggies and a bunch of sauce throw ontop of rice. Neither of us ordered beef and pepper yet both of our dishes looked like we had ordered 2 different kinds of it.Really glad it was only 25$ because I will never return to this restaurant again. 0 stars if I could just gross

So happy that we chose you for dinner!! The fried rice and the egg rolls were on point!! We also got the General Taos chicken which was the perfect balance of healthy and "I shouldn't eat this..." food! Definitely recommending and returning!
