The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help in anyway necessary. You are always greeted with a friendly hello when you walk in. They are always there to help without being a pain. Cleo's is always the first place I look for a new clothes.

Will not shop here ever again. My 91 yr old mother bought a sweater but it was too long as she tried it on at home, the dressing room was too busy. When returned to exchange, with receipt, they wouldn’t honour it. They also have her record of using her credit card for this purchase. The clerk said it didn’t have a small paper tag on the neckline. She’s 91, doesn’t have a lot of opportunities to go shopping, but liked this store whenever she went to the Pen Centre. This is how they treat seniors so I would advise shoppers to go elsewhere. Our family and friends have said they won’t shop there anymore. A friend of hers did take it to Burlington where it was promptly refunded. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Buyer beware.

Christine was my cashier today , she actually helped me pick out an outfit that I needed for a special occasion as well . I'm not one to go shop and it was a bit over whelming she made it very easy, stress free and short . I really appreciate it , she's very good at her job and super kind .

Went to Cleo with my husband to pick something out for my birthday! Cheryl was absolutely delightful! She was just as excited to see the outfits as he was & made me feel fabulous in all of them. She did a great job connecting on a personal level, felt like I was shopping with a friend. Will be returning to see her again!!

When I went there they had some very good sales on. I found the staff helpful. I will be going back. Check this place out if you you are in the pen centre.

Great sale. Bought lots if clothes for the first time in years, and they all fit!

Very friendly and helpful staff prices are great especially when you're in the clearance area just wish the new stuff that came in wasn't so expensive so that you have to wait for it to go to clearance and get discount on the clearance in order to get what you're looking for and wish they just went up one more size bigger than the XXL for a few things.

Great clothes service is excellent

I particularly enjoy shopping at the Cleo in the Penn Center. The staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful and not pushy. I go to this store because of my previous experiences. Today Judy was wonderfully attentive. I'm thrilled with my purchases. And had $35 in points towards my bill with my points card. The entire experience continues to stand out. Even compared with other local stores.

Super nice staff, great quality, affordable prices. I wish I'd discovered this place earlier. Wasn't the type of store i thought I'd find something (26y old) but there is alot of beautiful dresses and tops for any age. Staff were welcoming and warm .

In the midst of Christmas chaos ~ the most stressful time of the year ~ I go here to enjoy seeing salespeople that are like family! I check on them and they help no matter how busy! They dress for the season celebrations no matter their long hours. Smiles front and center. In a store full of customers they make you feel like the only one! That is a skill. Something I am loyal to as a customer! Happy Holidays Cleo family!!!

Staff were great not overpowering allowed me to shop at my leisure. If they had of asked me for help a million times I would of left but they did t. :) I did purchase a pair of earrings that when I went to wear the clasp wont work so I will be exchanging them today. I do have to mention though and apparently this is the customers opinions the new arrivals of the season this year are not at all likeable. My first visit to store of New Arrivals for Spring , The prints and styles are like Giant Tiger (: What was your buyer thinking this spring? I am 65 and I felt like I was looking at granny clothes. So unfortunately this season you have lost me to “ Laura” .. Just saying…..

Love this store. The staff is the best. They are helpful, honest and above all, not pushy!! Randi, Jo and Cheryl are more like family than salespeople. I'm more familiar with them from Cleo when it was at Seaway Mall in Welland. If it's not in the store they will order it. Most of what I purchase I keep. Very satisfied customer. Thanks to Cleo and the great staff for keeping my wardrobe up to date!! Love you girls!!❤️

The staff was wonderfully helpful and checked around the store for me for my size! One of the clerks tried on several cardigans for me to view as a gift for a family member! The store is well laid out and has good sales! Thank you ladies!

Only 4 stars as I don’t believe we should be charged for a bag. I totally understand if it was for groceries but when shopping in a mall I do not bring a bag. Don’t wish to walk around the mall with clothing so feel I don’t have a choice but to pay for one.

I went to Cleo’s looking for a formal outfit to attend a wedding. Leonie took great care of me (putting the clothes in the dressing room, making recommendations & suggestions too). Her feedback was helpful, polite and honest. I left with an outfit I love and an extra beautiful top! It was a calm, fruitful and fun experience. Thanks Leonie and staff! I will be back!

Always enjoy shopping at Cleo as their clothing fits for the most part. ( sleeves are often too long for me…I’m 5’2” ) Most of the staff are polite, accommodating and very helpful. Lots of choices! I’m not a personal fan of ankle pants and would like to see a few more selections of full length pants. All in all, I’m happy with the products. 90% of my wardrobe is Cleo! Been shopping there for over a decade.

I am very happy with the clothes I purchased. Judy was wonderful and worked so hard to help me fine clothing that would work for me, thanks Judy. I found the entire staff to be very friendly it was a pleasure to shop at Cloe’s at the Pen Centre. Will definitely return the next time we are in the City.
