To be honest we didn't actually stay at Joy's yet but we had reservations to do so. However, I unexpectedly needed to cancel and Joy's refunded my whole amount immediately and without hesitation. I could have been charged a cancelation fee of $220! Thank you so much to the kind staff at Joy's Inn.

This was a great motel it was very clean the owner and the staff is excellent I would recommend this to anyone

This is a great motel with large spotlessly clean rooms! The owner is lovely and she always does everything to make guests feel welcome. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is pretty bad. For the price you can't do better than this place.

She toll me 250 for à room on the phone and wen i was ther she toll its goin to be 350 i have the émail thats they sent me whit the price off 250 per day she just want to make the money but i left from ther i got bether price in the oakes hotel whit falls view avoid thats place

Very very disappointed in the fact it says it has a pool but its not even up and running. Rooms are clean but we just noticed the comforter on top is full of cigarette burns.

I was traveling from the US to Canada on June 2nd I wanted to book with them I used my credit card choosing the option payment in arrival and I had to cancel because I went to Toronto instead they ripped me off 300$ cad and they were so rude and never wanted to give me my money back EVEN THO I CHOSE THE OPTION PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL and they threatened me to be called by their lawyer. They will do anything for 300$ even tho I never arrived to their hotel, Becarful they are so rude

Stayed here super late as we arrived early and most hotels were booked. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Super affordable. Staff were very helpful.

My mother and I had an amazing time in Niagara, and one of the best parts was the great service and lovely room here at Joy's Inn. If you want to stay somewhere close to the falls but with reasonable pricing, this is the place to go! Thank you so much 🤗

Great experience! She was very nice and friendly stayed open late for our long drive. Recommended some great nearby food. Overall would stay again for longer next time. Thank you for a great, clean stay!
