The employees offer a great service, and give you options whereby you can choose the best coffee you like

The barista was obviously not happy to serve someone who didn’t speak Spanish fluently when he commented rudely : don’t you speak Spanish? “. He made no effort to slow down even when I explained, in my broken Spanish , that I didn’t understand his question because he spoke very fast. Yes I am a tourist and tried to speak your language the best I could. This experience reaffirmed that when tourists are treated poorly just to remind them that they are “tolerated”and inconveniences spending money.

Our favorite Starbucks in Merida. The staff are very nice and helpful. They are also very quick and the Flat White was the best I’ve had in any branch in any country. It was strong, more suitable for my European taste. There is also some nice seating area outside overlooking the water and the AC inside was perfect for drinking coffee.

Great place but sometimes can be crowded

3rd time that I order for delivery and there’s always missing items or completely different drinks from what I ordered. Get it together!!!
