My eyebrows are not twin sister and that is why I went to this place to get them done. I will pass that it was super hot in the place and not even water was offered. But I cant just understand why my eyebrows are so different… One has arc and the other doesn’t and to make it worse Im all bruised/cut (did I mentioned it was only shaping and tinting?). By the time it heals the hair will be out again… for 30€?

today the first time I went to your store and I was very dissatisfied, the girl who was helping me took a long time to help me because I was drinking coffee and smoking, and then I didn't like the result of my eyebrows at all. I know I have straight hair from my eyebrows, but I always do it and it never looks like that, they didn't have shape, they're very ugly. I am very sad and dissatisfied with the service.
